Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too
Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had
Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland
This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend

Love the location and the shuttle. Very helpful with my mother-in-law getting to and from the parks without having to walk extra. Also great for kids at the end of the night when we are all tired and worn out. Wonderful and helpful staff and both the hotel and shuttle. Many times the driver helped my hubby with the stroller. Rooms were spacious and felt like home.Such a nice place we can't wait to come back in December.

Didn’t specified what time was the check in they keep saying will call when your room is ready .. got there at 11 am and waited for an 1 hour and half and after 2 hours of waiting and calling every 30 min they told me checked in was at 4 pm .. they didn’t give me the wifi passcode or they didn’t give me a sheet with information about the hours of services for food or the amenities of the hotel.

친절도 1도 없어요 물건을 놔두고 와서 호텔에서 찾아놨다는 연락 받고 다시 찾으러 가는데 이메일론 맡아놨다고 해놓고 제대로 확인없이 지금 안된다 내일 아침이 다시오라해서 화나서 매니저랑 이메일 주고받은 내용 보여주니까 그제서야 물건 찾기시작해서 물건 받는데 1시간 걸렸어요 게으르고 자기일 아니면 신경안쓰는 특성 완전 반영됨

酒店很大，非常安靜，環境很漂亮，房間後門推開就直接進入花園了，房間設施比較舊了，但還是很喜歡這裏，連住了好幾天，特別適合親子。去迪士尼很方便，在酒店花園的草地上看迪士尼煙花秀的感覺超級棒。

I like the area and property but they provide any room clean service which I didn’t like. Otherwise it’s very beautiful hotel but they should provide that service daily.

The hotel was lovely and kids enjoyed the hotel aspect of the hotel! The staff was pleasant mostly! The restaurant in the facility was not amazing the food was generic mostly and expensive and the staff was in our opinion rude. Not sure it’s staffed by hotel or a separate group though. The bar and hotel were also not together which was very odd to my party! Otherwise w elo ed the stay the rooms were great and the oool/hot tub were clean also the grounds were very lovely to walk around. As we were leaving they did add additional charges tried to charge me and another guest for parking passes which neither of us had used! I had a rental car for one day and parked for under zero minutes total on the parking lot and they tried to charge me two days and the other guest they charged 3 days and they didn’t have a car at all! But we would stay here again just pay attention and order out

The best part of the hotel is the shuttle service that goes to Disneyland. Otherwise, the hotel is very outdated and you can tell. No maid service throughout our entire stay, had to ask the maid in the hallway for extra towels and toilet paper. Additionally, only 2 free outlets in the room for charging devices. You would think that the furniture/bedside lamps would be updated to have charging inserts by now. None. I have stayed here at least 5 times on separate occasions and I will probably not stay here again. Moving on to a new property.
