Gostamos muito, Hotel muito bonito e elegante. Trata se de um Edifício com história muito bem transformado num hotel. Muito moderno e elegante. Muito limpo e agradável. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestaveis. Um pouco afastado do centro mas muito fácil de chegar a qualquer lugar. Voltaria a hospedar neste hotel. Recomendo.

Nice hotel in a hip work/life area. Good food and drinks, pretty ex-/ interior and lovely staff. Try to avoid the basement rooms - they are not worth the money you are charged for.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly, informative staff Rooms are very good. Location, 2mins to tram stop, trams running every 10-15 mins. Local supermarket and Domino pizza within 2-5 min walk Although we didn't eat in the hotel the food looked and smelt great

We had such a brilliant time at the hotel. It's a stunning building that has been beautifully decorated, and a high quality food & drinks offer. The rooms are comfy, neighbourhood has lots of local spots and then a fast connection into the more sightseeing areas.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hoxton Lloyd’s. Beautifully designed hotel, rooms were nice, with all the amenities you need - like fresh milk for your tea! Easily reached, close to the Central Station, close to 2 tram stops that wizzes you into the city. Beautifully located to the water, quiet neighbourhood, with enough eating options in the vicinity.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. Bad service, poor value, and misleading photos can’t be made up for by a cool design and fun marketing. This hotel definitely feels marketed towards millennials and young people in general. But the staff are clearly poorly trained and the hotel has the audacity to charge almost 400 euros a night for rooms in a musty basement. Even for the regular rooms it was overpriced because there are no amenities included but to pay that price and be in a basement is insulting. There is no turn down service unless you request it the night before, no breakfast included for that price, no snacks in the room, in the “roomy” choice there is a queen size bed not a king which for the price is not normal, no slippers or robes, no additional benefits other than just a room that you have to call the front desk o request cleaning for. The bathrooms have no ventilation and the room has no individual climate control. Also the restaurant service is weird, slow, and they ignored us most of the time unless we flagged them down. There was one young woman who was friendly and warm who served us our first morning. After that I avoided getting meals there. The nightly price is absurd for the value and I would not recommend booking here for any reason.

Although the concept works and the interior design boasts to be true to Hoxton standard, unfortunately, the inability of the staff to perform the simplest of tasks makes the stay frustrating and would stop me from spending my time and money there again. As you travel through the various impeccably furnished spaces on the ground floor you will find places for reading, working and socialising whilst sampling the usual Hoxton menu. Unfortunately, this stops as you enter the lift as the bedrooms have not had the same standard of design applied so expect to find poor use of space and clunky design. Some rooms are located in the old medical part of the building and although can be comical on entering, they come with no warning should this be a trigger to you to find examination rooms as your toilet, shower and washroom. Whilst the pillows feel like clouds - the lighting is poor in the bedrooms and bathrooms, the air con weak, the mini bar irregularly stocked each day, the wardrobe space limited, plugs hard to locate and limited to no suitcase storage. If Coffee is your thing then think again. For the price paid, you would expect a Nespresso machine but in this case, you will find one Taylor’s coffee bag every day per person and some supermarket-bought teas that fail to meet the star level of the hotel. Although some bar service was great, at multiple times in our stay we were met with poor excuses that mostly revolved around the word ‘busy’. Servers not following up on drinks orders as they were ‘busy’, being told to call reception back as they were too ‘busy’, room service not being completed as they had a ‘busy’ day, small towels in replacement for bath towels as they were short on numbers to name a few examples. I would advise you to give this one a miss and spend your time in a Hoxton that is better suited to its clients.
