Good hotel with a great view from the upper floors. The staff was helpful and friendly. Not far from metro and bus stop. The only issue is that there are only 4 lifts in the whole hotel which has 14 floors I believe, so it’s really problematic during peak hours (e.g., breakfast) as it comes overcrowded from the upper floors and the stairs are for the emergency exit only.

I have booked on behalf of my sisters. They enjoyed the breakfast buffet. In terms of location, as they are elderly in age, they find the walk to the free ferry quite a distance at about 20 minutes based on their walking speed.

It has to be said, we wouldn’t stay there again!
Very noisy throughout the night with dogs left barking in rooms and music blaring out.
Room was clean but lacked basic facilities such as trouser hanging, drawers and a reasonable supply of tea / coffee sachets.
Breakfast was basic and very greasy sausages.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was 10 out of 10, had fresh coffee, fresh bread and pastries.  About a 15 minute drive to the centre.  Check in was easy and efficient. One downside is that on the carpet of our room had a massive brown stain that look like a **** stain. Very unpleasing to look at.  But overall I would say again.

The Hotel was 15 minutes from downtown Amsterdam very easy the service was as expected from a Holiday Inn and breakfast was great

Cute room in a newish hotel. Very good and sufficient breakfast included in the price. Took the free ferry to centraal every day. Easy peasy and fast. A winning choice to stay here imo - esp given the price compared to other hotels

Good location for budget travelers. There is a ferry within walking distance which goes to Amsterdam central. Good for saving money on taxi's (which are atrociously expensive in Amsterdam)

the hotel is great! very clean. has a food market and groceries nearby. rooms cleaned on daily basis. downside is that it is a good bit of walk from the city centre. nice view tho while walking. breakfast is a bummer as we didn't got the chance to have our breakfast on our last day in the hotel as breakfast starts at 730am(we were told in the reception when we arrived the first day that breakfast starts at 630am, which the posters confirms as it states that traffic during breakfast times starts at 630am). we were looking forward to the breakfast as we have a long journey ahead. anyway we might or might not book into the hotel again soon. ill recommend the hotel to friends tho.

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour sur Amsterdam. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres et modernes.
L’hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes du métro pour aller dans le centre d’Amsterdam (1 à 2 stations).
Hôtel calme, petit déjeuner buffet avec suffisamment du choix pour le prix.
