Average hotel. Too pricey. Finding this hotel is very difficult bcz address provided by them is incorrect. Plus nobody literally no local knows this hotel. You can not find the hotel if u go by the mentioned address of the hotel. That is wrong address. The best way to reach there is say to your driver that you have to go to see-ta niwas hotel. The hotel is average by look. Intercom was not working. They don't provide even a bottle of water, any soap kit or any refreshment. Ro water is on 5th floor and there is no lift. Geyser and ac were working fine. Room was neat and clean. It is located at hardly 300-400 mtr distance from golden temple and jallianwala bagh. The manager chandan ojha is very supportive and helpful. I didn't try their food but nearby there are two family restaurants. Quality of both the restaurants is worst. Don't try.

The stay at the hotel was smooth and comfortable. One of the staff helped me transfer my room from 2nd floor to ground floor.

I am stay in this hotel with my family but hotel location is not easy reached and hotel amenities are not provided as per booking condition. I am booked 7 rooms but one room are not geyser and ac not work properly. Hotel stairs are very high and lift not in this hotel. And one more thing hotel checking time hotel manager behaviour is very rudely. Iam not satisfied in this amritsar trip.

It's one of worst hotel and staff i have come ac-cross in. Span of 20 years of traveling experience. It's not hotel at all the staff is totally non sense people. Hotel is very narrow and rooms are very dirty and smelly. My whole families got allergic because of dirty room, when i asked staff about dirty room they rudley said you can cancel your booking at night.
