I have been staying at this hotel since one month and I've been testing a food from Moti Mal restaurant they are the amazing restaurant in food Mr bhola and Mr Mintu Mr Vipin Rajput from front office supportive and good nature humble people nice rooms them newly opened poolside restaurant and bar on terrace must visit once

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. Also hotel is located main city centre. The lobby area is very beautiful. Rooms are very neat and clean. The size of room is big. Housekeeping Staf is very friendly and helpful. I forgot the name of staff and ***ager who helped me during stay. Will recommend this hotel to my friend and family. See you soon guys.

The service are awesome 👍. The staff of palace are very good and helpful... About food provided also yummy... Hospitality of restaurant all are very neat and clean.As for me one of a staff member Miss Poonam is very attentive towards us .She helpfull and very cheery person .Love to stay again...😊

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Their service was very good. The restaurant ***ager, staffs, housekeeping all were very much cordial. The rooms were niy & clean. These were also specious. Food quality was good. Location of this hotel has added advantage.

Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Other facilities are also good. Hotel is spending on swimming pool and new pool side restaurants. Post that this property will be among top destinations in Amritsar. Super delicious food. Love this place..

The stay at the hotel was really awesome and pleasant. Staff was helpful and on toes every time. All the provided amenities were on top. We really enjoyed our stay and wold highly recommend a stay with the family and friends here. A trip to remember
