Definitely needs refurbished. Otherwise great. Near to the Gplden Temple, Shops and Restaurants

Only advantage is the location.. Rooms are very untidy and not clean hotel is not maintained at all. Bathroom was smelly. No breakfast service and messy setup, no cab service. I would not recommend this

I stay at this hotel for all my trips to Amritsar. The management and staff are very polite and service minded. Airport pick up and drop can be arranged by the hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to the Golden Temple and Markets. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay close to the Golden Temple to definitely stay here. A word of appreciation for Mr. Raj who always ensures we get the best service.

Only advantage is the location.. and there are other hotels far better than this in the vicinity. Rooms are very untidy and hotel is not maintained at all. Bathroom was smelly. No breakfast service and messy setup . I would not recommend this

The staff is not helpful. The only good thing is location of this hotel and it is infront of Golden temple. But, it is challanging to reach hotel bcz local police do not allow autos, cars on most of the roads. If you are planning to reach here through your car then i will suggest you to choose hotel at different and outer area. Reason of low rating: 1. Rooms was not neat and clean. 2. Washroom was also dirty and dusty. 3. Bedsheet was not clean and it was previously used bedsheet. 4. Food was below average.

I must say this is the best hotel if you want to stay near to the Golden Temple, its right opposite to Golden temple, I won't even call it walking distance, its like you step out of the Golden Temple and get into the space that is the shared parking space the hotels. The rooms are neat and clean, don't expect any luxury here, these are basic hotels, but provide all that you would need for a short 2-3 nights stay. I have stayed here twice and my experience has been great. In fact, on my recent visit I got lost and didn't know how to bring my car to the hotel, and the hotel manager sent someone to pick me up, that was a great gesture. One thing you need to be careful about is bringing your car here, its not straight forward, GPS doesn't work that great, it might guide you to narrow lanes where you might get stuck, better to talk to the hotel guys and they would guide you. The food variety is average, but taste is good and value for money.

Facilities were not good and staff asking for 30 rupees for water bottle which generally is of 15 bucks. Rooms were very bad. Not clear at all. Please don't book this hotel . You will suffer and your money will be wasted.

Ho prenotato una stanza con pagamento anticipato, quando sono arrivata mi hanno fatto accomodare nel salottino dicendomi di attendere un attimo. Dopo un'ora ero ancora lì e nel frattempo sono arrivati nuovi clienti ai quali venivano consegnate le chiavi delle camere, spazientita ho chiesto info e mi è stato detto che la mia stanza non era disponibile e che mi avrebbero mandato con un taxi in un altro hotel, mi sono rifiutata ed ho preteso una stanza lì, perchè avevo pagato per essere vicino al Tempio e lì volevo stare. Si sono molto meravigliati della mia reazione che forse non si aspettavano da una donna in viaggio da sola e mi hanno immediatamente accompagnata alla mia stanza che naturalmente era disponibile, ma che volevano tenere per eventuali altri ospiti, avendo comunque io già pagato. Le uniche note positive sono la posizione e la terrazza panoramica coperta dove servono la colazione, che però è trascurata e sporca. Io ho trovato solo colazione indiana. State attenti se prenotate con pagamento anticipato esigete la vostra stanza.
