Location was a bit far from the golden temple. Rooms were good. No hot water was available since the water heater was taking too time to make water hot. Breakfast was good, and varieties food was available. Mattress of the bed was soft and not good. Hotel stuff was good and cooperative. Overall it was a good experience to stay at hotel for 1 night.

Overall good experience, only the bed was excessive soft. It cause body ache. Location wise excellent because it is very near to golden temple.

Excellent service. All time helping attitude of all the members of the Hotel team. Raju helps us in such a manner it is all time remembered and extended helps during medical emergency too. Compliment breakfast and foods are awesome. Location is excellent though inside market but team exotic extend all out effort to guide us to reach hotel that too in mid night. I am really impressed upon its service. Wish to come again.

I spent five delightful days at Hotel Exotic in October 2024 and was greeted with such warmth by Lucky, Kiran, and the entire team. We traveled from the UK to Amritsar and arrived before the check-in time. Lucky graciously allowed us to relax and freshen up in a wonderfully air-conditioned room while our accommodations were being prepared. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable, ***** with a lovely bathroom facility. The hotel is perfectly situated, just the right distance from the bustling area surrounding the stunning Darbar Sahib. This location allows you to stay close to attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. During my stay, I met other European tourists and families from other parts of India visiting Amritsar. It’s an excellent choice for family travel. The hotel’s WiFi was excellent, and contrary to previous reviews, the lift was functioning perfectly during our visit. The staff were exceptionally helpful; Lucky even exchanged our British Pounds for Indian Rupees at a fantastic rate. We felt the staff was trustworthy, with Lucky and Kiran ensuring we felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay at Hotel Exotic again. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful. It was a great stay at exotic hotel. The staff was very cooperative and calm. The room was very clean and hygienic, everything was good but the issue you can face is the location of the hotel as it is situated in a very narrow society. Overall it was a great stay.

The hotel is walking distance from the golden temple and the staff are nice and warm. I would recommend the hotel to travellers who come to amritsar for a day or two. It is very conveniently located.
