It was a hygienic and good place to stay at amritsar. Staff was very helpful and polite in nature. Golden temple is 1.5 km distances from hotel but autos were easily available. Also we booked further journey from this hotel ***ager. Thankyou

Hotel is at walking distance to the Golden temple. Good for family. Rooms were clean and tidy. And staff was also cooperative and friendly. Hotel has nice ambience and facilities. All the main attractions were at walking distance. Overall it's a excellent stay.

I will give 5 star for supportive staff and I really like that when they upgrade my room from deluxe to super deluxe without any charges Respect for you guys you are serving good services...!!

Friendly well located hotel Very pleasant stay for 4 of us after visiting cricket in Dharamasala. Don’t be put off by outside of hotel in busy side streets of central city. Rooms are clean and well presented. Great location short walk from the amazing Golden Temple- go both in day and evening. ***ager/owner v helpful and got us good deals on further hotels in Jaipur and Dehli at Indian prices. Nice rooftop bar restaurant. Bit slow service there but one must adjust ones internal clock in India. Nice place.

The best hotel in town. Rooftop restaurant is really beautiful. Rooms and services are good. Quality of food and behaviour of staff is really nice. I would definitely suggest this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Visited Hotel Infa this October'23 with family but my experience to the hotel was terrible. Hotel ***agement are not showing actual photos. In reality hotel is located inside very narrow cozy lane feeling like entering sum slum lane in Dharawi slum. Surrounding area is also very bad and full of garbage around. They are claiming it is 3 start hotel but I found it as a better version of lodge not more than that. I stayed there for 2 days with family consisting of 2-3 small kids but unfortunately out of 365 days only during my stay their water heater system was down and we were forced to take bath with cold water and same with kids. Despite regular requested they didn’t fixed the issue. On the second day when we returned to hotel @ 5 pm I was shocked to see the condition of our room. No Housekeeping was done. Entire room was dirty no sanitary consumables were replaced upon asking about this they were least bother and were saying we have got time till 6 pm to do the housekeeping. I was shocked to hear this from hotel ***agement. Not recommended this property at all. Think twice before booking this hotel else ur leisure trip will end up with nigh**are.

Every single team member at this hote goes above and beyond to make a guest smile. Every interaction with the staff revealed sincerity,humility, warmth and affinit. We stay there 3 night. Good thing is nearest to golden temple and local market. This hotel stay still very comfortable such great embience.

It was my first time when I visited to Amritsar and after going through multiple option I booked this hotel for my stay and it was worth staying. Services we are good. Staff were very polite and supportive. Hotel breakfast and dinner so yummy. Overall this hotel is wonderful trip.

My review of Hotel Infa: This is just not the hotel you would like to book if you plan for your trip in Amritsar. I went to Amritsar ***** with my family, my younger brother's family including 2 daughters to have a good time visiting Temple and Atari border etc. My trip was planned between 21 OCt 23 to 23 OCt 23. My experience was pathetic and i lost my 12000+ INR as i couldn't stay with my family in that hotel and i had a book one more hotel on the spot. Here are the details : 1) Hotel Location : This hotel is in the tine lanes/gali of the busiest market. I went with my Car and was shocked. It was really great trouble to navigate my car in that lane. check the pics 2) Car Parking : Hotel mentioned at the time of booking that they have parking available in Hotel . Also in Goibibo site, parking available is mentioned. Once I reach to google maps location of the hotel, I found there is no car parking in hotel, since its in busiest gali/lane. I went to reception, they said they have parking available in Temple, so it means i again have to take my car out of that lane and go to parking of temple. It was my second shocking moment. You can check in the pic about the hotel location, you will see there is no space in the hotel for parking. 3) Hotel helpers : Hotel didnt have male helper staff around 4 PM in evening. So when a lady helper came to help us with luggage. I didnt let her carry the heavy luggage. I told the same to the reception and they didnt have any answer for the same. 4) Room size: I booked the Deluxe room by seeing the pic of the room. When I have seen that room actually , it was small room with only AC in the room. So it means for any smell etc. we will have a bear in the room. Also it was suffocating to be in the room because of its small size. By having all above experiences i didnt check in and reached to reception for cancelling the booking as I didnt want to have trouble to keep car in the temple parking and go multiple times in that tiny lane with kids and family. Hotel said they wont cancel it and i can talk to Goibibo travel site. I raised the concerns with Goibibo. After multiple follow-ups GoIbibo said hotel is not giving consent, so they cant cancle and refund the amount. After all the mess above, Hotel MD came into picture and he said he can upgrade the rooms to executive category. I denied as my car was still unsafe and it would be trouble to navigate to places by coming out of that tiny lane. Also he misguided me that hotels in Amritsar do not have their own parking because of space issue. I booked another hotel on the spot at Queens road and it was a good hotel with parking and other amenities available at the hotel. Hotel Infa is not a cheap hotel, They almost charge 3000+ INR including taxes. If you look for similar budget, there will be other hotel available at much better location. My Suggestions to you is don't book this hotel for your stay if you want to start your Amritsar trip with good vibe.
