Hotel was clean, comfortable bad, nice bathroom
Breakfast ok.
Hotel located at very good location probably best location in Amritsar... Good shopping area and varieties of food are near by.

I have been to Amritsar multiple times before but this was one of the best stays that I have been to with my family. Thank you to Mr. Sandeep Singh for taking such good care of family during breakfast. Also, make sure to try their tea, 10/10 recommended

They dont have a cafe for food but very good staff and very good hospitality Food was decent Room was decent Location is surely a plus point as it is walking distance from the Golden Temple Not a Kid Friendly Property They could extend some play area or proper dinning area

Great little hotel, huge rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for visiting the temple in Amritsar. Note that the hotel is in a pedestrian area so if you are arriving in a car/taxi/tuk tuk you'll need to get reception to meet you close by (only a couple of minutes but obviously if you have a lot of luggage you will need help with this which the hotel will help with). Staff were very helpful.

During my recent stay here 13 th may to 15th May I had a horrible experience here with extremely unfriendly service and disrespectful behaviour of the front office staff. My kid had a emergency and we requested a bottle of water which they refused and asked us to fetch it on our own from our room on 3rd floor. Cannot even imagine what horrible training they have received for hospitality services even a stranger would do better in such a situation.. after raising a complain the front office staff Deepak had shown attitude and no remorse. In fact he refused to help escalate the matter and mentioned I am free to take any action and post online . What a shame. No one from the hotel even reached out or apologized.

Could have been so much better. Not expected this from best western property. Very sad experience food quality was bad, it was not a clean hotel, noisy, same menu for Buffett breakfast everyday and low on basic necessities like toilet paper and tissue boxes.

Service: Was very poor, I requested for bathroom floor mat, Napkins & Bucket; I didnot received all these things till the time of checkout. Meal: If they are not able to give the proper food to guest they should not accept stay with MAP option. We can't chose 2 food items, only 1 option is available. Treatment: Not Good, it was pathetic. Staff Behaviour: Little Rude & not attentive. I will neverever suggest this property to anyone from my family & friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special Thanks to Mrs Aarti ……….

This is a nice little hotel in an upscale location of Ranjeet Avenue. The hotel is nice and clean. Service is good and team at reception is very warm and courteous. Room without windows feel a little claustrophobic so prefer those with windows. Breakfast had a decent spread with good healthy food options. Overall it was a nice stay
