The room is in bad state. Floor is broken. Door and locks are broken. Bed sheets are stained. The room smells very bed. The place looked very gloomy.

The room we stayed in was good, and we didn't get the opportunity to use any other services provided by the hotel. However, while one room met our expectations, the other had issues: the shower was not functioning properly, and the wash basin was waterlogged, which was inconvenient. One critical aspect that negatively impacted our experience was the handling of early check-in. The standard check-in time is 2 pm, but since our train arrived early, we called in advance to inquire about the possibility of early check-in. Unfortunately, the response was unhelpful; the staff seemed focused solely on informing us about extra charges rather than displaying any courtesy or politeness. Considering that many trains arrive early morning, a more thoughtful approach and attentiveness to such requests would be appreciated. Ultimately, we had to book another hotel for a few hours to manage our early arrival, which added unnecessary hassle and discomfort, especially with the amount of luggage we had to manage. This experience dampened our overall impression of the hotel and made our journey less convenient. Improved communication and flexibility regarding early check-ins would make a big difference for travelers.

Never have such experience of my 60 years of life although i have travel-ling job dirty & torn out linen (bedsheet, blanket etc ) they don't have spare to change & even not changed room, dirty walls fungus near a c damaged walls gutka spots on wall, mosquito no spray etc spiders web in room, fan making too loud sound & many more no bucket, mug & stool in bathroom

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Hotel Regal, Amritsar . As a frequent traveler who has visited numerous cities and countries, I must say this has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a hotel. Here are the major issues I encountered during my stay: - The hotel staff was uncooperative and unresponsive to complaints. - The bed sheets were stained and emitted an unpleasant odor, while the extra bed smelled worse, resembling an unwashed sheet. - Room service was nonexistent. Despite repeated complaints, issues were not resolved, and I had to personally check the room's cleanliness, which was unacceptable. - Tea and coffee were served only after 9:30 AM, and even then, it took over an hour after placing an order. To make matters worse, I was charged an exorbitant amount of ₹200 for just one cup of tea and two coffees, with no menu card provided to justify the pricing. - Only one complimentary water bottle was provided for three guests, and additional bottles were charged. - The hotel manager or owner displayed a lack of support and professionalism, further aggravating the situation. I stayed with my family, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. It is disheartening to see such a lack of basic hospitality and service standards. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Hotel Regal,Amritsar to anyone based on this experience

I recently stayed at regal hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a 2 pm check-in, there was no hot water available in the room, which made things quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the room's window view was less than pleasant, as it faced a dustbin, which really detracted from the overall ambiance. The hotel also lacked basic modern amenities, such as a smart card lock and a proper telecom system. The absence of a functioning phone or any means to contact the front desk added to the inconvenience. Overall, i expected more from a hotel that i booked through makemytrip, and i wouldn't recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

They charged for a water bottle also even when we booked a 2 day room in 5500. 2 water bottles are complimentary per day i guess. Even after requesting to arrange breakfast a little early, they denied completely and said breakfast will be ready by 9 am. We paid for breakfast for both days but have not taken it even for one day. Poor hospitality. Refund some amount at least for the breakfast

Even though , i booked for 7 guest 3 room , I was charged for extra bed , but it was cancelled after calling customer care of Make my trip 👍, .Room size is small , not for 3 person. We had to move our luggage by ourselves, no person to help you even though you are senior citizen. One benefit is location , very close to Golden Temple

Rooms were not cleaned. Bedsheets were dirty. Rooms carpet was taken off. Hotel area was very inside were private cars was not allowed
