We had done advance booking and made the full payment ,after reading the reviews of this hotel. I had booked another hotel initially but the reviews of this hotel Karan residency was better comparatively so cancelled the previous hotel booking, but I experience of the hotel was nightmarish, become of one Mr Gurpreet Singh, who gave us a horrible experience ever. From the time we reached hotel,he was outrightly rude and discourteous . The language was so dis respectful that I regretted cancelling my previous hotel booking. I think the reviews are either fake or paid reviews jus to fool people.. One of the experience was so bad that I am wondering how are they running hospitality industry !!! On Sunday night, I ordered for dinner ,room service at 10 pm, the food didn't arrive till 10:45 pm. When I called at the reception, to enquire, thos same Mr Gurpreet says that "I assumed that you people would have slept so I did not send it upstairs"!!! I said,why would we go to off to sleep when we have ordered the food ? He said , when I called on the room,there was no response. I said there was no call made , he said that I jus assumed that I would have gone to sleep. By the time the food was delivered, it had turn out to b totally cold. There were many such experiences about his language,attitude and service!!!! In my opinion , this Mr Gurpreet needs some serious hospitality lessons to deal with his guests. I would not recommend this hotel unless the attitude improves and maintaining the respect of your guests is learnt. The rooms are jus OKAY !!! The hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. If you need hot water for drinking in kettle, since it was very very cold there ,they did not provide it. Please don't expect anything from this hotel. Only the cleaning staff,who are all ladies, did a good job in cleaning the room .
