酒店位置還可以，比較靠近購物吃飯的地方，房間也比較大，但有些老舊，而且衞生弄得不怎麼好，地毯有點臟，不推薦

We stayed last year In downtown hotel for the first time , it was family friendly , clean ، cauzy with helpful and thoughtful staff … unfortunately this year it was very disappointing…. Starting from our check in night bed sheets were disgusting with short hair on it as if a man was sleeping before us ! Then we asked for a baby crib , they brought us a strange crib with very dirty mattress sheets and a lot of stains !! Then came the surprise I was parking my rented car in the underground hotel parking when I found in the morning the car was hitted and a major damaged was obvious …and only when my husband insisted to see the CCTV when the staff admitted he hit and run !!! We had a guest coming to visit and they did not allow them to park neither take their car for valet parking !!Not to mention the poor customer service ,, poor communication skills of the receptionist , slow response to anything , the housekeeping will not clean the bathroom sink or vacuum the floor or do the dusting yn5il we ask for .. the floor is very dirty with hair in the corners …. My feet bottom turned black after all !!! My infant feet were black as well whenever he walks bare feet …… it’s not worthy the price … will never come back … they don’t deserve one star !!!!

great location with free parking ..walking distance to abdali mall and boulivard

Great location reasonable price but I prefer if the reception staff would give a smile to everyone one who enter the hotel no matter where he's from and to be more welcoming , besides that I appreciate the security lady who were much more helpful and kind ,,, No hard feelings Wish you the best 👋

the stay was good, the place itself is nice, rooms need to get more housekeeping attention, cleaning and amenities maintenance and very close to Amman boulevard as well as Abdali mall Receptionist, there was a woman on the morning shift who was excellent welcoming and smiling, she was helpful and kind. It's suitable for people who need a place to be close to downtown or nearby places
