10 star rating🌟Superb experience for our whole family! So thankful for finding Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo, for a last minute reservation!! Affordable and excellent service by ALL employees!!! Didn't know that they serve a free buffet dinner 3 free adult drinks along with their complimentary buffet breakfast!! Very accommodating and within short walking distance to many great restaurants! We will always seek out Drury Inn & Suites for all our future hotel stays! Thank you for setting the bar higher for this industry!!! SOOO PLEASED!!

we.liked that they had an evening meal along with drinks and a decent breakfast to start our day. The staff was also quite friendly.

When i checked in she asked me out loud if i was there by myself. Then out me in a room at the very end of the 4th floor. Felt unsafe. Also room was close to freeway and very noisy. Didnt sleep.

The staff was great.
The room was fine. Hot water took QUITE a while.
The TV options were a bit outdated.

Very nice room but the thermostat did not work and we didn't find out until the morning when we needed the heat. My mom who was traveling with us had a problem and the management team was there to handle this. Went above and beyond I can assure you. Great place to stay.

It was a nice relaxing stay. The staff were absolutely delightful, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast options were awesome. :-)

Beds were okay. Room was clean. Lots of loud noise from doors slamming and people laughing and talking in hall after exiting elevator. Shower had low pressure and couldn’t maintain even temperature. Not a good way to start the day. Food was okay.

Great location and great amenities. Happy hour free drinks with a snack buffet and free breakfast. We’ve stayed several times and loved it. Kid friendly and the staff are all super friendly.
