We didn’t get to stay there. Reservations were screwed up and they had no other openings for us

Overall was a good stay, had some red stains on the toilet paper when my wife went to use the bathroom.
The jets in the hot tube did not function.
The food for breakfast was not worth the money we paid for it.

It was a easy and smooth check-in with the friendly staff. I was so tired after a 12 hour drive it was wonderful be in such a comfortable bed in a quiet room. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall, the 2-day trip at the Holiday Inn in Amarillo, the one next to the Big Texan, was excellent. The room was spacious, modern-looking, quiet, had comfortable beds n pillows, and had plenty of storage and hanging hooks which made it easy to organize visually. The water pressure when showering was not strong, but okay. The breakfast on Saturday morning was cold and biscuits were hard. Much better Sunday morning. The lobby staff were friendly and much appreciated.

The Hotel itself was very nice bedsides the horrid sewage smell on the fourth floor. Checked in at around 10:30 pm then reported the smell. I was told we were the first persons to report it all day.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the bar had great fast service.
It is also in walking distance of the Big Texan which is very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds. Our only complaint was small bath towels only 2 provided and the shower curtain didn’t keep water in the tub. Definitely a great place.
