O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e a nossa estadia está sendo incrível! Já estive em outros hotéis com all inclusive e esse é disparadamente o melhor. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa escolha! O time de animação é muito receptivo e simpático! Muito obrigada

I am a kid but all i know is having chocolate pancakes everyday for breakfast and riding down a slide where i go face to face with a dragon is great!. You should definitely go there if you are looking for a perfect holiday for the Family. Great pool a kids club for the kids while you adults might have a sneaky drink. Great rooms with perfect air condition. AND IF YOU ARE GOING YOU WILL GURANTEED HAVE FUN!👍👍🤞.

Beach behind the hotel, very close. Absolutely beautiful! Clear water. Nice rooms, very clean. Very nice staff. Quiet inside the room, brilliant view. Food not on my taste, not the best food so a minus for food. Though, helpful staff and polite. Really nice location and clean. Really good value for money. Fair. I didn't give 5 stars because of some gross and old food.

This has to be the worst holiday myself and family have ever experienced. I can understand this was the last week of the season but they might as well have closed while we were there , Food was ok the first few days but went downhill quickly. most of the food was cold and repetitive. Staff have to be the rudest I have ever met and just did not care . Everything we asked for we were told " we don't have" No entertainment although the hotel manager disagreed ??? nothing to do for a 10 year old, the water park was open for 2 hours on morning and 2 hours on the afternoon probably the only pleasure my granddaughter got during the holiday . the last few days staff were removing sunbeds and parasols due to capacity ??????? they were literally waiting for people to leave. the young lady on the Starbucks counter had to be the rudest of them all , everything we asked for her reply was a very sharp "WHAT" or we don't have, also to the young chap serving at the bar near the beach who threw a drink at the wall when he was informed he had poured the wrong drink, absolutely shocking .Our holiday was NOT cheap to say the least if you pay full price for a holiday you would expect full price service . Would we return to this hotel ? most definitely NOT !

Had a great time at the Duja Didim. We arrived at the end of October as a family of 3 (2 adults and son aged 11). First impressions were great, welcoming receptionists, room as to be expected (didn't have a great view but not too bothered). Cleanliness throughout the hotel was okay just little things like asking for the mini fridge to be restocked was the only niggling issue. Restaurant had a very diverse range of foods even at the end of season. Some of the bars were low on stock of certain spirits and sometimes orange juice was in short supply. On day 2 we tried the waterpark, it was so much fun we all enjoyed it, tried the pool but the water was too cold. We spent most of our time on the beach as the sea was warmer and very shallow, great for snorkeling. There is a lot of stray cats around the hotel and sometimes they wander into the restaurant looking for food. All in all though I would definitely come back, enjoyed the whole week and the staff were helpful.

Absolutely awful place / dirty / noisy / cold food / ice cold pools / bland food / dirty rooms / un happy staff. My 10 y/o Daughter had an accident on the water slide when the attendant wasn't watching & she got stuck on the slide & he let someone else going who came crashing into her ! We reported this to reception but they just brushed it off without even an apology ! We had booked this mainly for the water park & she was left scared & didn't want to go back on after this ! We stayed in a 3 star hotel in May in Spain which was better than this place ! Was left very cold after arriving around 1am and having only a thin blanket to sleep under & had to beg for a duvet. Constantly running out of drinks & extremely poor entertainment. I will never return & would never recommend this hotel

stay which we had told reception about but nothing was done. One of the water slides that is for small children was dangerous and we witnessed multiple kids coming down too fast and coming off crying, on the last day hours before they was supposed to fly home a 12 year old girl smashed her teeth on the slide and had to be rushed to hospital for emergency treatment - there was no first aider or staff around to get help. The only lifeguard was at the top of a slide tower and not contactable from the ground. This hotel is advertised as 4 star but it feels like it barely passes as a 3 star. This was our third all-inclusive holiday in a row with Jet2 to Turkey and we had expectations of facilities, entertainment and levels of service due to the last 2 Hotels… it is such a shame but this has put us off of wanting to rebook any more all inclusive holidays and also visiting Turkey again. Save your money and do not go here.

Worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Food is always cold, got food poisoning from undercooked chicken, staff are extremely rude and male staff are creepy with young girls. Running out of drinks and not replacing them, pool is freezing, bathroom in room never got cleaned, nothing got restocked for example soap, drinks in fridge. Would not recommend coming here.

This has to be the worst hotel in turkey All the food was cold None of the staff smiled and it was because they are over worked Only one person serving at the bars so there was always big queues. I watched one bar staff member just empty the old contents of a cocktail with leaves etc in it and just use it straight away no washing of it and I see them do it loads of times 🤮 I needed up washing my own cups Pool was freezing mainly because it was always in the shade of the hotel Ala carte only two were open I thought the place was bad but a few days later when it got busier it was absolute kaos We found ourselves eating out all the time so luckily the restaurants in altinikum pick you up and drop you off for nothing
