Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta - Northpoint - West

As soon as we walked in we were treated like family and that means alot to us. We are mostly grateful for Devron, he was a blessing. Devron was always kind and accommodating even when he was tired. This place had an assistant manager who was kind of quirky but you could tell she loved her job and wanted everyone to have a great experience while there. Room was nice and clean. Was with my dog. There is not one blade of grass on the entire property. They failed to tell me upon checking in that ice machine on my floor did not work. Door to my room was most difficult to close. Problem with hinges, would have been much too heavy for my wife to close. Breakfast was limited and unfit to eat!!

Breakfast : coffee and tea and muffin. Close to 400 highway ( exit 10 ) 2 mins to Avalon .

I stayed here for two days and while the front desk staff was very pleasant, the rooms were less than desirable. The room I was supposed to stay in wasn’t done being cleaned, so I was put in another room, with the staff telling me I could switch to the original room later. I wondered why. Well the room had a broken tv that looked like someones head had hit it, and it didn’t work. That and it sounded like WWE was going on in the room above me. I requested a room change. I was put in yet another room, and this one was infested with gnats. I was not moving again, so I ****** it up. I did not leave a nasty review because, as I said, the front desk staff was great. But now, I see I was charged an additional $500 without being notified. I called and asked what it was for. Room damage. Are you kidding me?? I am 58 years old and was by myself. I just slept there, as I was at work all day. I’m trying to find out what it was for, and am guessing the already damaged tv. On top of that, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t slide into the groove. I had to place the kitchen chair under the knob so I could sleep without worrying about someone coming in. I feel like I was robbed. I spent a total of 687.06 for two nights sleep in a nasty bed?? I assure you this is going to be disputed, even if I have to take it to small claims court. I will NOT be paying for a new tv that their less than desirable clientele broke!! Do yourself a favor - do not EVER stay here.

In town for socccer tournaments. Was skeptical after some of the reviews but it was a pleasant. Chris and Mary very polite and helpful. Only complaint was the sofa bed. Every spring felt and mattress had rust marks from metal frame. Chris gave us extra bedding to pad it. Would stay again.

When i walked into the room it smelled so bad I almost got sick. I was so tired I just laid on the bed and slept. In the middle of the night I needed to use the bathroom and when I got in there the toilet had stuff in it and was clogged. 5 in the morning I went to the front desk it took 15 minutes for the person to come out I’m sorry I woke him up. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I left after that. It was non refundable. But I did not care. my health is more important. I will not ever stay at a extended stay again.

Had issue with the a/c in my assigned room. The room was changed immediately. Smoking area too close to the main entrance. Please be more specific about your "Courtesy breakfast" is just coffee and granular bars.

Walked in the lobby & you can smell the water damage. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room also smelled of water damage. A dog down the hall barked for a couple hours & a man had a drunken tirade for a bit. The hot/cold water was reversed in the shower & water pressure was awful.

The staff was not helpful, when you could find them. The front desk never had anyone there. They had a sign posted all the time saying that they would be back. The floor was wet in the corners, the tub was stained with rust. The free breakfast consisted of stale mini muffins, warm coffee and packaged grits. Nothing else. The hotel has 2 gas stations next to it so there is constant noise and travelers roaming through.
