沒有比這家更差的，因為海運來的十幾箱行李到了不方便搬酒店，等着房子弄好就離開了，所以一直忍着住在這裏住了一個多月了，黑大姐逮到機會就找事！服務員説把垃圾放門口她看到就拿走，而且看到其他房間門口也是放着各自的垃圾，黑大姐有一天敲門，開門劈頭蓋臉一頓批評我們這樣做不對，就是純找事，也不知道之前的亞洲人怎麼過她了，一直找我們的麻煩，我善良的老公每次都道歉，氣到我內傷😅

在這裏住了已經小一個月，後來才發現他們是每7天才打掃一次衞生，即使你去前台説願意出錢加打掃也不行，他們是真的懶，或者是因為沒有KPI！總之一切都要按照他們酒店的制度來，沒有商量的餘地！
除了打掃其他還是不錯的！對了早餐比較單一且一般！但是有也算不錯啦。

The hotel is situated mere minutes away from the mall, so it was nice to be able to walk around there on days when there wasn't much planned. A lot of restaurants were also nearby, but ordering delivery is probably inconvenient in the aspect of needing to leave the room and go to the main doors - Everything is secured and locked, so you can only get in with a working room key. More of a thought than a complaint though! I did genuinely enjoy the place.

The staff were rude and when we arrived we had to be walked to our room because the key cards would not work on that side of the hotel and they would not change our room to a side where the key cards did work

The staff was phenomenal!!! Amazing team! Nevertheless it smelled like we were at a doggie daycare. The smell was horrible. They tried to disguise it with smell goods but it didn’t work. The condition of the hotel was pretty old. Breakfast was cool. Building need to be upgraded

Although the room was clean and we were comfortable, the hallway smelled terrible. I can’t pinpoint exactly what it was. Check in was smooth and the gentleman was very polite and kind. I would stay again for a night away as a local resident. If it were not for the smell, this would have been perfect for what it was!

I had them change us to different Suits because the first room had roaches, closet door was broken and shelves was falling out. The second room was little better but the oven was very dirty.
