"Really enjoyed my first stay. Staff were very pleasent. Breakfast was pleantiful and well presented. You must have your own transport as there were no buses. There's too much of a long walk into Alnwick by the A1 mortorway. That's not very pleasent or safe. The only issue I had was with the awlful television (It certainly needs updating) in the Cart Shed accommodation. The hand controller was useless."

"We were given a warm welcome and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The pillows could have been better though. The shower was powerful. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. All the food was excellent and freshly cooked. We would stay here again. Thank you."

"As a regular traveller and user of many types of hotel and / or hotel / BnB I must say that The standard of decor and cleanliness was the worst I have encountered. Wallpaper was hanging off /  earth wires in the bathroom were exposed. Towels were dirty with rust on them. All the walls were marked / dirty or chipped. The bedroom carpet in room 30 was SO dirty we could smell the dust. Bedroom lights did not work. Halls and stairs were dirty with wallpaper hanging loose and dirty. Stair carpets were so dirty they smelt. Stud walls were hanging loose. All ceilings had dirty marks… I could go on and on and only hope that this review initiates  improvements or prevents others from booking. We did not eat here due to the poor first impressions however the staff seemed happy and  welcoming."

"Em primeiro lugar, boa localização a pé para Alnwick - Coffee nice and Breakfast selection Nossa sala estava limpa, mas não cheirava fresca - pagamos pelo pequeno-almoço- reunido por um guarda-costas em treinadores não procurava bem restaurante e, em seguida, apontou para uma mesa no Ao sentar-me, eu reparei como as cadeiras de janela eram poeiras - as cadeiras também um ao meu lado tinham restos de algo no lado todo, mas parece que havia lá há mais de um dia eu não aprecio o espaço de limpeza usado enquanto eu Eu comei - surly quando limpo UMA mesa pulverizar a roupa suja que você usa!!Então limpe desculpe escolher"
