Hotel Starcity

The location was near the prayagraj railways and i called the hotel receptionist to ask for direction and he helped and guided the rickshaw. Check in process went quickly and we were guided to our room. One thing that is a negative is the lack of lift. The deluxe room was not so big but enough for two people. All the services were there in the room. The room was clean. We ordered dinner and it was nice and homely. We got our breakfast in the morning after 8 and it was nice and provided to our room on our request. It was a nice stay at the hotel. Felt safe there.

The staffs were okay but the room size was quite small for deluxe and the washroom was small and unclean. Other facilities like breakfast etc were okay. Ac was working, tv was not working.

Overall a good experience and value for money, staff behaviour was so good and supportive. Food quality was awesome

Had a good experience staying here for 2 days. This is near to main station and at walking distance to civil line area. Only problem is train noise at night. Food is also good.
