"My stay at the Hani Hotel was very disappointing, and I don't understand how this establishment can claim to be a four-star hotel. The main problem was the manager, who was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming during breakfast. He stared at guests while they ate, making them uncomfortable, as if he were monitoring how much food they consumed. One morning, my daughter was sick and couldn't come down for breakfast, so I had planned to bring two croissants to our room. The manager stopped me, spoke very rudely to me, and accused me of taking too many. Even after I explained that my daughter was unwell, he said he didn't care and showed no understanding or empathy. Another time, during breakfast, he blew his nose and threw his used tissue on my table, which was shocking and completely unsanitary. The room was also well below four-star standards. The toilet seat was loose and came off, and the bathroom fixtures were wobbly and poorly maintained. Considering the prices (13,000 DA for a single room and 15,000 DA for a double), the condition of the rooms is completely unacceptable and the prices exorbitant. Overall, the service was deplorable, and the hotel gave no impression of cleanliness, hospitality, or professionalism. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"Este hotel é o pior do mundo e não merece ser chamado de hotel. É imundo, infestado de mosquitos e percevejos, e não consegui dormir a noite toda. A recepcionista foi grosseira, não havia sapatos nem escovas de dente no banheiro e as toalhas estavam imundas. Além de tudo isso, é incrivelmente caro. Acho que todas as avaliações positivas não foram escritas por hóspedes reais, mas sim por funcionários do hotel. Depois dessa experiência, me senti enganado."

"I stayed at this hotel yesterday and I really wanted to share my experience. The hotel was spotless. My room was immaculate, the beds were perfectly made, and the bathroom was also very clean. The hot water was wonderful and very pleasant. Since it was Ramadan, I arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. I was fasting with my children, and the hotel was kind enough to save our meal for us. The table was beautifully set, and all the food was waiting for us. Even the dessert buffet was already prepared, and they didn't clear anything away. Everything was there, ready for us. It was truly a very thoughtful gesture. The staff is wonderful, incredibly kind. They are welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast isn't extremely varied, but it's more than enough for suhoor during Ramadan. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it."

"This hotel was absolutely horrible experience. The elevators looked like people had vomited in them. The room was dirty, with cockroaches having fun everywhere. The bathroom was just disgusting, full of mold, and it took forever for the hot water to start. The towels had suspicious colors, and the food was a complete disaster. Breakfast was poor and barely edible. Honestly, I could keep going for hours about how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs!"

"We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too. with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble ."
