Overall a nice hotel for the most part! Front desk/receptionists and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpfully. The room was cleaned well, we did spot some clothing tags and trash under the desk.
The overall condition of the hotel and room is out dated with dingy furniture and there was always a dingy odor on the 2nd floor and our room, but it didnt impact the stay too much.
During our stay there were hockey youth teams staying so the pool and arcade area was packed full and there was a shortage of towels but understable. The Breakfast buffet was not worth a penny and very disappointing (too many infractions too list about food safety).

It was a good stay but the restaurant was terrible. No one served our table until we walked around to find all the servers talking ina corner together. We got cold food and they rang up the tab incorrectly in an over charge. They did rectify the over charged after we questioned it. I’d stay at the hotel again but never eat in their restaurant.

My only complaint is every one of us paid a different rate and also where the toilet placement in the bathroom is very awkward. There were 7 us was crazy . Restaurant bar was excellent!

Busy with it being the winery’s annual Grape Stomp festival. Average stay. Our room was 2nd floor pool side and noisy with loud music and people until after 11pm. Bathroom not very clean. Decent beds and pillows. On site restaurant busy and staff overwhelmed.

Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful & had an attitude. The rooms are old & musty smelling & in need of complete updating. There is no elevator to the second floor, so guests have to drag suitcases up & down the stairs. The pillows all smelled like body odor & were lumpy & gross. I went and bought new pillows and left them when we checked out rather than use theirs.

I booked thru ********** and desk attendant could not find the booking. Gave me a number to call after waiting on hold for quite some time the booking was discovered by the attendant. Once getting into the room it was questionable if the room had even been cleaned after finding a soda bottle of chewing Tabaco spit next to the bed. Ate at the restaurant and has terrible service. I think our server forgot about us. Finally dropped off the salads and hot food together and disappeared again for the remainder of the meal except to bring the bill. Not impressed and will not go back to this hotel

The property did not receive payment from orbitz until after check in. Had to pay twice for two rooms and be on phone at 11pm to straighten out. Still do not know if it’s correct.
