Nice boarding rooms and lovely staff All went well and the food was quite good. The colors of the rooms was nice. Overall a really really nice experience. It s quite overwhelming to keep moving from inn to inn but this staff made me come back. Nice

Worst experience ever. Booked a room at the hotel 2 weeks earlier. Only to arrive and the reception told me the room was not available. They contacted the company the afternoon to inform them that my room was not available whether than providing me with an alternative. I have been waiting for like an hour and the reception still trying to sort out a room for me at a different hitel after driving down here for 4 hours. This is poor customer service and i am very disappointed with this service. And wont be booking any more accomodation with them.

This place is a little gem. Yes, the exterior is a bit tired as is the garden space. But... you get a level of courtesy, politeness and professionalism that is lacking at other simular hotels. Beautifuly clean and spacious room and so quiet. I am not able to sleep well in hotels usually, but I slept for 12 hrs straight through here. The restaurant and bar area are lovely and the food is good. The service is exceptional. I would like to thank Richard who was on breakfast duty for looking after me so well. Kind, friendly and attentive staff, which in my opinion, sets this hotel apart from its competitors. Free, ample parking. The whole experience was a delight and stress free. Thanks to all who made my stay great. I will defo return!

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Food is really tasty and the breakfast is top notch. And the staff…..oh them lovely people….the staff are extremely polite,friendly and amazing with the guests. A special thank you to Ellie for going the extra mile and being a later. 🤩

Superlative customer service from everyone at Reading West Holiday Inn, I have stayed at lots of IHG hotels, I can't recommend this hotel any more highly, Very BEST stay at a IHG EVER, Nessie and Ellie are absolute customer service superstars, making for a wonderfully friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Superb food, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all surpassed my expectations. Will be back very soon

Nice spacious room, lovely bathroom. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service provided for by Ellie and Nessie was outstanding , very attentive and approachable. Stayed here for a nearby wedding.

Ellie is the best, Nessie is the nicest. The room and bathroom was super spacious and the team looked after us at every point throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend! The service was amazing and we had the best time ever, perfect stay especially for wedding guests for Wasing Estate
