From Canberra to Melbourne, it takes 7 hours, so I booked a motel to rest after passing through Albury and experience this kind of life abroad. I do n’t know because it is National Day in Australia during this time, and summer vacation During this period, we went to the hotel at about 8pm, and it was difficult to find something to eat. Many shops were closed ... Then the hotel had to check in before 7:30. I called in advance and the landlord was fine. Still leave me a room, just leave the key with me. But it ’s really very few people. There are only 2 rooms in the whole hotel, which is quite quiet, but the security is OK, in Australia!

The hotel is the tallest building in the town. But there is no such feeling as a picture. Compare the characteristics of a small town. The hotel facilities are old. But the parking lot is big. I still feel unsafe at night. The price and facilities are not directly proportional. The overall feeling is general. A little disappointed.

Didn’t stay. Had a change of plans last minute due to hubby getting sick. Understandably can’t get refund or change of date but customer service, not one but two staff were quite rude in their approach. Especially the first lady I spoke with on the phone.

Generally speaking, it ’s not bad, it ’s too hot 45 ℃ on the day, which affects travel and mood. In addition, we said that we should stay at two o'clock. We waited until four o'clock. The reason is that there are few people doing sanitation and we cannot accept this reason.

Location is good. Room is clean. Will stay again in future.

Chinese boss.  The room was cleaned very cleanly, and the sheets and quilts were the same as the new ones. But the roof of my room heard banging from time to time, making me sleepless all night.  I don't know the situation in other rooms.
