Destaque para a simpatia e bom papo do proprietário do hotel, Fabrizzio, e da sua irmã, Donatella. Pelas nossas conversas, percebi que ele tem simpatia por brasileiros (somente os educados) e, sempre que o encontrávamos, trocávamos boas idéias. Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos metros do centro histórico de Alba, com amplo estacionamento e restaurante bem interessante. Muito bom para estrangeiros que chegam de carro e não precisam correr o risco de serem multados no centro da cidade, onde existem várias vias que só são acessíveis aos moradores. Quarto amplo, com imensa janela. Tivemos alguns problemas com a configuração do ar condicionado, pois, para o europeu, não é comum ligar o ar condicionado fora do verão, para dormir embaixo do edredom. Então, o range de temperatura é estabelecido pela recepção do hotel, e, depois de pedir muito, eles deixaram um range entre 20 e 23 graus.

The hotel is located very close to the old city center, you can everywhere within 15 minutes walking. It's 12 minutes to the train station and a bus runs directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself however would be more fairly rated as a 3-star international category. The rooms were clean, but bare, the beds very hard. There was no minibar or even a bottle of water in the room, no coffee nor tee. The view is to the bus carpark and a factory. The elevators lurch, in the gym half the machines were out of order, the ones that did work were about 20 years old. The breakfast was acceptable once, the next day we went out for breakfast, as it was the bare minimum and the coffee from the machine was not good.

Pretty hotel in prime location for Alba town centre. Staff were all lovely and really helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent and view from restaurant was gorgeous. Good selection for breakfast. Room was spacious and they had made sure everything was accessible for me as I am a wheelchair user. Only downside was it was a little noisy at night.

Good hotel. Fairly close to town. They co trol the room temp. I don’t like that. They claim it is global warming. Just another scam to keep costs down

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Situated just outside the old town of Alba (which is stunning) we were part of a UK group on a wine tour of Piedmont. The hotel is modern and bright if a bit corporate in design - the rooms were last refurbished in 2013. Our room on the top floor was at the front of the hotel which overlooks the ring road though we did not feel disturbed at night. Spacious with a sitting area, king size bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and there is lots of choice which set us up for the day. We did not try the restaurant though people on our trip enjoyed it. What made it for us was the staff - we interacted with reception and at breakfast and they were all welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel staff was not good, it was hot days, they were controlling the air conditioner from the reception, I had to call several times to low the temperature, because every time I put low they put up
