"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

A tradicional casa de estilo Kerala, bem mantido, e vistas incríveis do sol e do sol, acrescentaram-se ao encanto.Nossa sala era espaçosa, limpa e confortável, com um balcão relaxante à frente da água. "I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests"

"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of a trip crossing India from Chennai to Kochi and had a lovely time. The level of service was excellent (with a special mention for Nicy at reception) - there was a genuinely friendly atmosphere. While service was 5 star, 3.5 stars for the rest is about right - there were some property maintenance issues and no alcohol licence. We preferred not to eat at their restaurant - there are plenty of beach options for grilled 'catch of the day' and beer served incognito in a teapot. Can definitely recommend."

"If you are anywhere near Alleppey, you need to eat at the restaurant inside Hotel Olivia International. We stopped in for lunch, and it easily goes down as the absolute best meal we have had so far on our trip to India! The food was phenomenal, but the service elevated the entire experience to another level. Sumit, who was part of the dining staff, was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and guided us through the dishes with true expertise. To top it all off, the chef personally came out to to meet us—a fantastic touch of hospitality that made us feel incredibly welcome. Hands down, this turned out to be the greatest dining experience of our entire trip. Incredible food, world-class service, and unforgettable hospitality. We are already looking forward to visiting them again!"

The room were clean, spacious,and well maintained and every part of the resort reflected quality and comfort The hospitality was exceptional and the front office staff was very friendly and ready to assist with smile Especially Mr.Anoop and Elaina There is one more guy in front office i just forgot his name he have moustache I think he is the manager they were very helpful and made our stay memorable. "We had a great stay here, the family are very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is good. It feels like a real home stay. Jose is a great host and always available to help you out and can’t do enough to make your stay in allepey pleasant. They do charge quite a lot for laundry however and the rooms could do with a little maintenance (broken sockets and mould on the walls)."
