Villa Sunflower Hotel - All Inclusive

Очень хороший отель, всё на высшем уровне, уборка каждый день, питание шикарное, еда с утра до 21:00 и мясо и рыба и птица, много фруктов и сладостей, днём мороженое. Персонал вежливый, в отеле в основном европейцы отдыхают, три раза в неделю анимация в виде живой музыки или танцевального коллектива. Отель находится рядом с лучшим пляжем Аланьи и рядом с основной ночной движухой. Нам всё понравилось.

Geçen yılda burada harika bir tatil yaptık. Şehir merkezinde, denize 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, odalar temiz, herşey dahil konsepti çok başarılı, yemekler lezzetli, personel ilgili ve güleryuüzlü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Absolutely amazing service from staff member (Meht) he was very helpful and changed our room as we wasn’t happy with the original room we was provided with upon arrival. Meht helped us with any enquiries we had. The room was really nice and clean in the original building which we was moved to. We are thankful to Meht for making our stay perfect.

Very impressed with the hotel very clean the staff very friendly. Enjoyed the entertainment at night time. The room was very nice and the food was delicious and the bar opened until 11pm and loved the pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is 3 stars as the most. Has few buildings therefore you can be living away from the main building. Swimming pools are small and packed all the time. We have been given the room and you have to keep curtains down all the time to have some privacy as the other building is few meters away therefore you can see into other rooms. Have asked to change a room and it has been a nightmare with the staff to do so. I assume you can go there if your budget is super tight and you might be lucky to get a good room, otherwise recommend to choose a different one.

Our stay at Villa Sunflower Hotel was nothing short of excellent! We enjoyed every minute as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The food was brilliant. Being from England, we are a bit more fussy with food than some of the European countries. However there was still a vast amount of different foods to choose from the buffet and we never found ourselves coming out of the restaurant dissatisfied. There was something different every day and it was all very tasty and fresh. The staff were welcoming from the minute we walked into reception and always had a smile on their face. The restaurant staff were brilliant at clearing the tables so you never had plates or glasses stacked up. The bar staff were always very accommodating and we enjoyed sitting at the top pool bar at night drinking tasty cocktails. A special mention to Kerem and Eyup at the bar for being lovely and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure everyone was happy. Even when they were really busy, nothing was too much hard work and they always had a smile on their face. Thank you for making our evenings even more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean throughout. You never see any rubbish lying around. The pool is cleaned every night. The staff work tirelessly to make it a clean/tidy place to stay and relax in. The rooms are spacious and the air con is brilliant! Much needed in the hot weather here. There was entertainment 3 nights of the 6 that we were there for and they were great. There’s always room for some improvement and we had a few minor points which we think would really set this hotel above the rest. Firstly, there are lots of flies around Alanya and it could get very frustrating at times with flies landing on you every few seconds. Installing insectocutors could minimise this a bit. On the website it states that there is free WiFi however this is only in the reception and doesn’t work well so we had to pay €10 per person for the WiFi throughout the hotel and in our room for the week. The room was always left lovely and clean by the maid, however we had to reuse the same towels for the week rather than getting a fresh set. We had to twice get some toilet roll from one of the toilets by the pool as we had ran out in our room. This could have been stocked up better so we didn’t have to go and get some ourselves. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel. The staff allways Nice and polite and Ready to help with all your needs at all hours off the day. We had booked the wrong room bit they changed it in a hartbeat and whit a great smile even before we had sat Down over luggage. Great food an we loves the pool area. Brilliant service from emel and sebnam. Great hotel. Sebnam makes the best iced coffees! So friendly both ladies . Entertainment is great when on. Twice out of 7 days- quality though, seen Michael Jackson and African dancers- very talented.

Here we go, an honest review about Villa Sunflower apartments and suites. Me and my new husband booked villa sunflower on a last minute deal and after reading great reviews we decided to risk it and book. We were greeting at reception and check in by a helpful man at 2am, The room was comfortable, beautiful air con, clean and just what you needed. The only slight niggle was having two twin beds pushed together. This wasn’t a major issue but being on our honeymoon I wanted to share the same bed as my husband. We spoke with Ferda and over a coffee this wonderful lady gave us an upgrade to the highest most beautiful room this hotel has to offer. This really was an amazing treat for us and completely unexpected. The generosity of the people here is over whelming. Rooms: as above, clean, comfortable, spacious, air con amazing condition. The food: absolutely amazing, all inclusive can come with limitations. Not here! The selection was exceptional catering to all needs and the visual display was a work of art everyday. This was a huge highlight, the chefs need a lot of credit for what they deliver. You’ll never go hungry! The drinks: unlimited drinks, some amazing bar staff that go out of their way to remember your drinks and enough you are never thirsty! The secret coacktails were an amazing thing to find. The blue one- like blue lagoon, the red one, like “fun” on the beach and loads of others to unlock The pool: just enough to keep cool, good size. Incredibly clean area. Sunbed culture is a pain but that’s not the hotel. Staff: Cleaning: they are on top form all levels. The housekeepers are swift, thorough and have entertained me with bed displays everyday. A massive shout out to Nurcan she was amazing setting our room with beautiful flowers, swans and made the honeymoon special. The waiting staff were exceptional, they do their job to a 5 star service. Ensuring plates are cleared straight away, kept on top of glass collection and literally go out of the way to ensure standards are on top of. The chefs: as above the food is exceptional. Really amazing selection, tasty and varied. Overall this was by far the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed out. I will stay hear again and get you to consider this as your next holiday, you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Freda, and the whole of the Vila Sunflower crew
