Very good hotel ,food is nice and good entertainment for kids also in a good location, staff friendly and helpful, would come again to kaptan hotel and good weather, transfer a bit far but we got here safely, thank you to everyone here again thank you

We stayed here last October & has such an amazing holiday We came back again this June 2024 just back after again having a great time Hotel is Immaculate, staff are fantastic & understand I stayed in an accessible room. With a wet floor but hace stayed before i other too. All clean & all with great views of a partial sea view food is great too a Great selection At all times Great snacks available at all times too Flat breads ice creams etc Pool is Immaculate and clean and a great pool area for lounging around At end of pool area is a list or steps down to a private beach where there is part of your all inclusive wrist band is a brach bar serving food drinks and snacks and is all free Food is amazing especially our favorite chicken sandwich & the burgers & chips Staff there too where lovely Beach is gorgeous & very clean with free sunbeds Views are outstanding On the beach As are the views from 5th floor moonbeam All accesable via lifts and stairs Entertainment is good too We absolutely love this hotel So much so we've booked for next September already Dont let bad reviews put you off staying here It really is fantastic and weather In Turkey In June was fantastic 38⁰ Didn't seem like a 2 hour transfer so don't let that put you off either As going down the coast The scenery is so worth it Highly recommend

This is my third time in Alanya. Ive had good experiences in previuos trips and this hotel didnt dissapoint. Nice food and very clean room. Staff very friendly and perfect service. Very close to beach with private access . Overall perfect! The hotel entertainment team gave shows everynight and a mini disco for the litle ones in the amphitheatre. I would definetly return again as its like a little paradise.

After reading some of the reviews we were a little nervous travelling as families with young children, however we have been pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay! 1. Staff are friendly and polite and want to help 2. Food a reasonable selection to cater for most tastes. 3. Hotel is kept clean and pool areas are nice and fun for the children with the slides 4. Beach isn’t particularly pretty but amazing sunsets not to be missed and nice private area on the pier 5. Turkish baths and massage a must, excellent services 6. Rooms although a little dated are large clean, comfortable and equipped 7. Good entertainment for the children in the evening 8. Great value for money Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had the best time!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Large variety of food available for breakfast lunch and dinner, they also catered to my allergies. Rooms were cleaned everyday and new amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend!!

Ignore the negative reviews. This hotel is clean, the staff are lovely (especially the 2 girls in the pool bar) . I walked in and my first thought was the hotel was dated but once I looked around, I realised that was the theme the hotel is going for. It had antiques and a museum, it was lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily, a free mini bar is stocked daily. The food is lovely. Fresh fish and salads, meats cheese, breads.. the list goes on. Alcohol was strong and they are happy to pour more if you ask. They have a large pool for people who just want to lounge in the sun and another pool for all the big and little kids :) I would 100% recommend this hotel..

Ayu the massage therapist was amazing. Really great massage and turkish bath experience. Price was also decent. Package we chose was the Medical Spa Treatment. Only negative is whilst relaxing after the massage, salesman came in and tried to tell us we needed 3-4 more massages at 40€ a time. Which was just him trying to get more money out of us.
