We had a good time at the hotel. The rooms are nice and the pool area as well - good music! The staff are really friendly, serviceminded and helpful. There was entertainment every day by the pool, which was really nice. The guys were really funny - we had good laughs watching them entertaining and spread the good vibe and energy. The food is tasty and there is a fine selection - little of everything. The hotel doesn’t have an iron, which we found strange. They had to iron our clothes - you can’t do it yourself - lack of flexibility that you have to wait for the clothes. The wifi is only available at the reception or you have to pay. The ultra “all inclusive” does not make any sense - it leaves room for improvement. It was a good stay and the hotel can be recommended.

Myself and my partner booked an all-inclusive holiday here based on the trip advisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is really nice, great facilities, good food, the staff were all really nice, very helpful and super friendly. The hotel entertainment was really fun, they even had a foam party one afternoon! We will definitely come back again.

Beach: Sea was so wavy and rocky. Beach is really close to hotel (with shuttle 3min), we were back from the beach in 5 min by walk. When we visited the beach there was a red warning flag. Swimming was forbidden. We went to the beach for nothing. We came back without swimming. In order to prevent this, there can be communication between the beach attendant and the hotel lobby and guests can check this regularly before going. Food: Breakfasts were okay and it has variety of breakie options. Pastries are mostly Turkish type, do not expect croissants or danishs. Lunch was better than dinner. There was more protein options and side dishes. Snacks in pool: Relax pool doesn't have any food, even they don't have ice. Only beer and soft drinks. These are not enough under the sun. There could have at least some snacks. Other pool has snack bar and ice cream. Snacks are delicious and well made. However, you cannot bring the snacks with you to relax pool. Lobby bar: It's the best bar in the hotel. Alcohol rate in the cocktails are acceptable in only lobby bar. All free alcohol options in the hotel are local, not import. Lobby bar has also snacks for tea time. All the time, they have same options. They don't have variety in cookies or cakes. Dinner: In the first dinner we had a hair inside the beef stew. We warned them and they changed it in seconds. Meals and snacks are always same. Only few of them changed. They make bbq and pide outside of the restaurant. You need to check where you have snack time. Grill chickens and fish are best options in dinner. Desserts were disappointment. We expected to have Turkish baklava or popular desserts like profiteroles. They have the same desserts everyday. We haven't faced with spot issue. Always we found a place. Only one rainy evening, everyone needed to share their table with strangers. Room: Rooms have a lot of storage place. If you're settling in the hotel room for a week, you will have a space for all clothes. Beds are comfy. There are a lots of plugs in room. That's so good for charging all stuff. They have mini bar with 1.5 liter water, 2 mini juice and mineral water. Cleaning: They are changing towels every two day and they clean the room everyday. Bathroom walls was covered hair, even in the first day. But toilet was clean and no issues. Sunbeds are not clean. They have dirts and spots all over the place. They have pillow in sunbeds, they're also not that hygenic. Pool: Main pool is always over-crowded and people always saving spots with towels in early morning. Relax pool always has a place. It's chill. Only disadvantage is bar doesn't have options. Entertainment: Entertainment was not made for adults and they have limited place for entertainment. It's always same place with main pool. They had one party in a week and it was only till 11 pm. People were so bored during the day due to lack of entertainment. Because of that, they watched the our tennis play for chilling. We stayed 4 nites at this hotel with my friends overall a very nice hotel food was quite nice lovely large pool very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good size and clean. Animation guys Rocco Magic Mike & Lucky were also really good very friendly and entertaining we did Karaoke 1st nite which was fun other days they had foam party disco which also was very different and had an amazing time. Overall a really nice hotel which I would recommend.

The best Hotel staff, also personal. The view from Hotel, still thinking about it. The pool is awesome, Magic man more awesome. Lobby bar has the most friendly and professional barmens. Murat Karagöz, my kardeşim made our trip better. Thank You.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff! I’m very thankful to all of them for the good experience! Our room was always clean, the food was delicious and especially i wanna point out the bartender Murat, who was making us the best cocktails ever! ☀️

Everything was good but Murat made it great ( bartender) . The services are good , rooms were always clean , friendly personal also had a good time at the night activities. I really recommend this hotel u will have a good experience and a great holiday.
