Aslan Corner Hotel

My dad travelled here on his own for a last minute trip away. He really like this hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Eylem and Isalcanolez. Firstly my dad isn't good with technology, Eylem was always happy to help him with anything I couldn't talk him through. Then unfortunately he wasn't very well for a few days of his trip and Eylem made sure to keep in touch with him to make sure he was OK. Iskanole even went to a shop to buy him a bottle of water and refused money for it. It was a relief that they had such kind staff to help him when we couldn't help from so far away. He says the room was clean and very smart. The only criticism he had of the room was there wasn't a kettle. However, Alanya doesn't seem like a place too many English people visit so I imagine they were just catering for the many on this. The views were outstanding from the photos I have seen and the beach (and a nice park) is just a 5 minute walk. It was all very convenient.

Aslan Corner is that kind of hotel you want to live in when you are first time traveling. It’s very budget friendly. Rooms probably went trough renovation 15 years ago. We stayed in room 203. Shower doors were broken so was towel holder. Bed was clean and flawless. Sleep was really enjoyable after we bought air conditioning. Yes we had to buy AirCo. It costs 5€ per day with no possibility to just pay for 1-2 days. You have to pay for the whole stay. Let’s talk about internet. For 1 day it’s 3€, for 3 days it’s 8€ and for 7 days it’s 14€ (This might be wrong) but watch out you will receive scratch card with code that code only works on 1 device. Bypassing this security is unfortunately punishable action in Turkey. Hotel breakfast consists of 1 boiled egg, slices of tomato, cucumber, cheese one slice and one slice of ham. You will get small butter, honey/jam and Nutella. And of course bread which you can ask however much you want. This is everyday breakfast for your whole stay. For me it was no problem the food is enjoyable and can feed you properly. Let’s talk about coffee… its terrible cappuccino missed steamed milk by a long road. They don’t make espresso!. All of the coffee you get offered is just Nescafé powder with hot Water. On the other hand tea is perfect. When you want to start your breakfast properly I would definitely go with their tea. Big Boss during breakfast will offer you some exchange service € for ₺. I believe that exchange course is terrible. I would recommend changing your money in the city center with closest course to current one. To conclude the stay was really enjoyable with some flaws. I would recommend this hotel to people who do not care about Wi-Fi, or Variations in food perspective. It’s pleasing experience and staff is great. Price is acceptable for younger people or couples. Would not recommend any business trips in this hotel as it can’t give you the comfort other places can.

Best part about the holiday was eating in the restaurant, lovely people making me feel so welcome, cleaning lady was absolutely amazing, always made my bed look beautiful and comfortable, only problem was the receptionist Ayhan who was too friendly, DO NOT TRUST!

They will charge you for air con 5 euro per day extra and you will have air conditioners not charged and blowing hot air. Everything else is good, the staff is welcoming and very friendly, especially Aihan. The rooms are cleaned every day.But still the air conditioner ruined the entire stay.

The hotel needs some renovations. The douche is old and the toilet and douche cabine very old. The meubels are wore out. The café and restaurant are oké, the food is not so special. Don’t change euro into lira because they pay to less , when I told the owner he said go somewhere else and I did and got 10 % more. The owner is not a nice men, when you ask or say something to him he doesn’t answer and just laugh’s.

It was very fine for just sleeping. And it has a pool. Cleaning was very good

I red many reviews, but mine it’s not that friendly. People you works here in hotel it’s lovely and try to help, When we arrived to ours room , bed linen was stained , as towels as well, cleaning lady was rushing to collect the rubbish and not towels or bed linen to change. Breakfast every day this same boiled egg, 2 slices cucumber and tomato as olives and jam . We had half board for dinner we had to go to other hotel to eat , on ours last day called me and said that I have to pay extra for drinks like cola, or juices because it’s half board. But that happened on last day. Beach it’s not far but waves and sea****s, makes not enjoyable, when you have to wash. We had enjoyed shopping,

Managed to find this hotel through a travel agency, HolidayGems, UK, staying on half-board basis from 20/09/2022 - 04/10/2022, at an incredibly good price. It had a decent pool, acceptable, if small, lobby, and a pleasant outdoor restaurant for breakfast. Evening meals served in closeby, main hotel. Breakfast interesting for northern Europeans (!), but evening meals always good with nice range of alcoholic and other drinks. Free air-conditioning, decent sized room for solo traveller with balcony and even choice of room offered at outset - a first! It is close to beach and interesting facilities of town and castle, so ideal for holiday maker. Mostly pleasant, helpful and efficient staff. Downside - needs general upgrading; not enough 'social space' and rude manager at breakfast. I would strongly recommend as an excellent choice for its ultra-competitive budget.

3 star I think not. On arriving we were met by a rather rude receptionist, who gave us keys to our room 105. It was awful holes in sheets and pillowcases. Shower dirty, we said no to this room and was given another room this room is also awful. Dirty shower broken items in bathroom in bedroom only one curtain at double patio door bare wires, wooden flooring coming up. Bed is like sleeping on hard floor and the same with the pillows plus dirty. Sheets with stains and holes in on first day of being here sent to other hotel for breakfast good if you like cauliflower and broccoli cold meats and cheese Next day we had breakfast in own hotel. But I was not able to eat it. So had to pay for an English breakfast every day. I am meant to be half board, but having to eat out every night as evening meals were in other’s hotel. Not for us. Noma restaurant Staff in the Nona restaurant/coffee shop were brilliant especially memet ashif and Eddie, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome 10 stars for them Will come back to Turkey but definitely a different hotel. I wouldn’t advise anyone in staying here to be honest
