The hotel is next to the airport. There is a shuttle that oicks you up and takes you there every 30 minutes; they should make it every 15 minutes being so close.
There is a Walmart next to the hotel and 3 restaurants in fron of the lobby: peruvian, argentinian and costa rican.
The gym had everything and breakfast was ok, but not great.

Perfect spot to stay if flying in or out of San Jose. Clean, friendly, food is solid and the drinks at the bar were great too.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the entire hotel is very clean. My room was very quiet (can't hear any air traffic which is great) and the blackout curtains are excellent. The restaurant was good too, and the airport shuttle was timely. No issues whatsoever! Will return.

Bug shells in my towel and I used it. Blood on face cloth. Food service staff rude and slow. Didn’t talk to us and gave me whatever for food not what I wanted . Wait a long time for a drink.
My lugguge was lost and they had no comfort kids. Told me my breakfast was not included when it was. Pool area terrible noise around area. No cream powder in room.

I’ve stayed here many times. While the breakfast was bar none, the late night staff seemed not as interested in assisting. Also I had paid for a king room and got one with 2 queens..having arrived after midnight I wasn’t going to try to change..also, toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the sink faucet water squirted everywhere. Some maintenance needed.

They did not have a king bed as listed in reservation so we got 2 queens. We arrived late from the airport around 9pm and food was still available at restaurant in lobby until midnight which was a huge win! All employees have been super nice. Also AC in room did not seem to work. Room temp was not too hot but would of preferred it cooler.
