We stayed 2 nights… air condition was not working evendough they tried to fix it.. the BED was extremly uncomfortamle which we tried to sleep upside down.. 3 things were great; reception peronel’s interest; the service at the bar and the location… I would not recommend any of my friends to this hotel

Hayatımda gittiğim en kötü otel olabilir. Otelin kapalı alanlarının her yerinde kediler dolaşıyordu alerjim olduğunu asla kalamayacağımı tam ücret iadesi istediğimi belirttim sadece 1 günlük iade yaptılar. 1 gün otelde kaldık ama şu an gelin misafir edelim deseler gitmem o kadar kötü bir gündü. Eylül ayında otelde sıcak su yok. Dona dona duş aldık. Yataklar çarşaflar pislik ve leke içinde. Odada önceden kalmış olan misafirin özel bir eşyası bile bulunuyordu. Kesinlikle temizletilerek verildiğini düşünmüyorum. Sabah malum kediler her yerde dolaştığı için kahvaltıdan faydalanmak istemediğimizi belirttik. Sadece türk kahvesi alalım dedik ve sabahları türk kahvesi servislerinin bulunmadığını söylediler. Hizmet anlayışı bu kadar. Kesinlikle paranızı çöpe atmayın hijyenin, hizmetin malesef sıfır oldugu bir yer.

Das ganze Zimmer war nicht geputzt, vorallem das Badezimmer. Alles sehr staubig.
Kein zimmerservice am Morgen, mussten jeweils die Tücher unten bei der Rezeption holen.

Arkadaşlarımızla gittiğimiz tatilimizden Alaçatı cadde 75 oteli tercih ettik ve inanılmaz memnun kaldıkk herşey çok güzeldi otel,kahvaltı,odaları tertemiz Alaçatı çarşıyada çok yakın mesafede olmasıda süper,çalışanların ilgisi güler yüzlülüğü samimiyeti çok iyi hissettiriyor,herşey için teşekür ederiz özelliklede işletme müdürü Ali Beyede ilgisi ve güleryüzü içinde teşekkür ederiz.

Cadde 75 konum olarak çok ideal. Alaçatı merkezin biraz dışında olmasına rağmen yürüme mesafesinde üstelik merkezin gürültüsünden de uzak sayılır. Personelin ilgisi ve odanın temizliği, sessizliği dört dörtlüktü. Kahvaltısından memnun kaldık. Çok çeşitli, lezzetli bir kahvaltı menüsü var. Otelin en sevdiğimiz yönü ise bahçesi oldu. Havuzunu çok kullanamasak da özellikle geceleri bahçenin sakinliğinde oturmak çok zevkliydi. Biz zaten gün içinde çevreyi keşfetmeye meraklı olduğumuz için büyük otel atraksiyonları aramıyorduk. Kaliteli bir b&b ve havuzlu villa havası verdiği için beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Otelle gelmeden ve otele giriş yaptığımızdan itibaren bizimle ilgilenen müdür yardımcısı Ali beye teşekkür ederiz çok ilgili , alakalı ve Güler yüzlü otel çalışanları da muhteşem bir ekip çalışanlardan Miraç bey de çok ilgiliydi kendisine de teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. gidecek olan herkese tavsiye ederim sessiz ve sakin bir otel muhteşem bir tatildi ☺️
