Hotéis perto de Beachfront, Al Riffa

One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

Suitable for friends gathering

The hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

we came for 7 days, we like the hotel, the rooms are standard, it wouldn't hurt to update the renovation..... the food is delicious, there is a choice... the hotel has great animators, activities, dancing, volleyball, mini disco for children and various shows in the evenings))))

Eating is very inconvenient, the room is nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our 1night stay with Longbeach Campground in our Panoramic Dome Suite. We were very relaxed in our own lounging area and the jacuzzi. Staffs were all accomodating and courteous. Kudos to Alex in the reception area, to Monowar who drove us around the area and to Iqbal for providing with our requests. We are also happy and delighted for the bday cake and fruits that they gave us. Overall our stay was superb and we will definitely come back. 😊

Living can also be quite spacious

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)
