The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

Warwick Al Khobar is an all suite hotel located off the corniche. There is no valet parking. The outdoor parking lot is located 50m from the hotel which had a lot of trash when I was there( the next morning it was clean). There was no bellboy available when I checked in. The medium sized lobby was cozy, a bit dark and well decorated. There is an outdoor medium size pool (check operating hours) just outside the Sheesha lounge. Check in was fast and professional. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and charging outlets near the bed. The bathroom didn't have a rain shower but had big fluffy towels and good quality amenities. There was a fully stocked mini bar and free bottle water was available. There was a safe and the internet was free and fast. Breakfast selection was average ( dinners are better) with eggs to order, pastries, salads, hot dishes and fresh orange juice. The quality and service was average. Warwick Khobar is a 5 * Hotel but doesn't provide the 5 * experience I expect from this caliber of hotel. No valet service, dirty parking lot, limited bellboy service and average breakfast. A decent 4* experience but definitely not 5* in my opinion.

Five-star hotel, the safety facilities are very good, the hotel service staff is also very warm, there is a shopping mall around, about 15 minutes walk. The room equipment is a bit old, but it is already very good.

I want to thank the crew of HDB resort especially for Mr. Jabril from security department for his efforts making our stay memorable and to Mr. Aziz from the restaurant for the lovely breakfast and hospitality he offered. Thank you for Mr. Ali, a filipino, from spa & massage department and his team for their hospitality and for letting us enjoy the place with music and foods. These employees deserve such appreciation and respect. It was a great experience for us celebrating New Year and we will definitely come back again.

We opted for this hotel to run a corporate event, and were very pleased with everything except for the young lady who works at the restaurant. All the staff were extremely professional and friendly EXCEPT her. She followed us around at lunchtime - I think she thought we were going to do a runner! Then in the morning, we had to depart before breakfast started but Ahmed in Events very kindly arranged for us to be able to go in earlier just for a coffee and pastry which was great except it wasn't because the same young lady was there! She accused some delegates of taking too many coffees. We had only taken one each and 3 mini pastries between 3 people. Why she thought this is beyond me. She stood monitoring everyone at the coffee machine giving them dirty looks as though they were committing a crime. We didn't touch the buffet! She was rude, offensive, and quite frankly shouldn't work in hospitality. Besides her, the hotel is wonderful. We had lunch in our room to avoid any confrontation with her. The lobby is bright and welcoming. All the other staff were extremely helpful and charming. The guest bedrooms are lovely. All fresh and new with all the amenities you'd expect. It's a lovely hotel besides the young lady in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!
