Check in - Superb and very smooth, many thanks to SAAD who was extremely swift and helpful in managing all our requests. These included arranging rooms together, and on ground floor for my mom who is unable to climb stairs and putting us up with the chef for our special Dietary requirements for our half board. Transit - The hotel has buggy services to transit all around the resort, very well organized and serviced. Rooms - Amazing huge rooms, with twin beds, large balcony, sofa and dining in balcony, attached garden to the villa room. The room is equipped with all modern amenities including charging pod, points, small living lounge and also additional sofa. Ambient and lounge lights function, smart TV loaded with options of pairing Mobile to the TV. Huge wardrobes / storage area. Room Service: Top notch and always ready to care to our requests. Breakfast and Dinner Restaurant - East: Awesome food, great service thanks to Chef Rijul, George, Poornima and the team for taking great care for us over the 3 days we stayed and dined at your hotel. Pool and Beach: one of the largest pools in UAE beautifully done, clean and the beach was well done and the sand well curated. The pool bar was good but unfortunately had a lot of dead insects not sure of the reason but this needs a good clean up please one of the drawbacks. kids are not allowed in pool bar, this was strange as obviously the parents on the pool bar will not leave their kids out.. pls work something around this. Awesome jacuzzi and spa with steam sauna shower and relaxation area was well done. Overall: we had a wonderful stay many thanks to each and every member of team Sofitel Al Hamra.
