Safir Airport Hotel

Travellig from dhaka to bishek we got free hotel from kuwait airways its was nice and clean place and the staff are very polite and caring the food is good I enjoyed here with my friends we are group of 10 the room itself was comfortable and stylish and clean .

While travelling to Dubai we got stuck at Kuwait international airport because of cyclones in uae and Oman Kuwait airways transfer us to safir airport hotel it is nice and good hospitality by staff

White travelling to Frankfurt my flight got rescheduled and kuwait airways accomodates to safir airport transit hotel the place is so awsome with clean rooms and pool and meals. We got the refreshments and snacks i have 9 group pasenger they all are happy .

As i stay this place we relaxed and chill with steam and swimmingpool with reecreation are billiardo the staff are very kind and humble Smooth checking and beautiful hotel with runway view clean and tidy rooms with buffet food best transit hotel to stay 🥰

A much needed place to relax and unwind as i had a long layover in kuwait in my way to delhi Front office staff is good specially Mr . Shojap, Mr Rayudu, smooth checkin and checkout Restaurant staff is very supportive, good spread of food. Amities in the hotel are up to the mark Recommended for a long layover at kuwait airport

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Both times, it is an awesome experience. The rooms are clean, quiet and vey cool to sleep after exhausting travels. Kuwait airways passengers and other airlines passengers in Kuwait City must stay in here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at a restaurant is buffet style that caters to almost all palates. And tasty very commendable food. It is right inside the airport perimeter but no noises to disturb your sleep. Highly recommended.

I have been to many Muslim countries but this one is at another level...... Highly mismanaged , unorganized and just waiting to be taken over by Iraq one day...... Horrible food, no service at all, waiting lines... .avoid this place untill Iraqis take over this country..again 🤲

I am giving 2 stars only because of the food and the pleasant behavior of the waiters and cooks in the dining hall. We stayed in this hotel to around 10 hours when our connecting flight to Amman got missed because the first flight got delayed. The stay was complimentary by Kuwait Airways. But they took at least 1.5 hours for us to transfer from the terminal to the hotel. That's because they want to fill as many passengers in the bus as possible and some passengers were still either fighting with the airlines for delayed flight or they were busy shopping at the duty free shop. When we reached hotel we were each provided a separate room which were completely *****ped down of any amenities. They just provided soap and towel. The bedsheets looked like they were not washed and the sofa chair had its upholstery in shambles. What shocked me was the behavior of the front desk manager. I am not sure if that's true but I felt that he behaved like that because we were Indians. He never answered our questions satisfactorily and was always pretended to be busy or not listening. We had our lunch in the restaurant and that was very delicious. The waiters at the restaurant were very friendly and they answered all our questions related to food calmly and with patience.
