I have stayed in this hotel twice, 2023 and 2024. The rooms are amazing, the pool on the 20th floor is stunning. The staff are 2nd to none. The facilities and hygiene are perfect, everything is new and smart. What I like most is the aromatherapy machine in the room. You can choose your favorite scent every day. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests in the hotel. There were basically no other people eating breakfast during the few days I stayed. The service in the restaurant was very good, and the banana cake for breakfast was very impressive. The only drawback is that the room service is lacking and the ability to respond to emergencies is poor. Maybe it’s because of the new hotel?

The front desk is very slow in doing anything. The room is not big and the facilities are relatively new, but the hot water is hot and cold. Sometimes it feels hot when taking a bath**. The water temperature suddenly becomes high and unstable! The only advantage is that it is very close to the mall and is convenient for shopping. The milk tea shop in the mall is particularly good!

Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too.
