It was my first experience with Le Meridian and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. From the check in to check out every thing was excellent. Positive aspects are biggest room size I have ever seen, large variety of dishes at the breakfast, beautiful landscaping and exceptional services. Duty manager Sreekant was very courteous and provided immediate support when we had small issue in our room.
The personal touch by each individual is commendable. Being traveling for the past 30 years and have travelled to 5 continents, this experience was amazing. Chef Murshid Ali and the rest of the team servicing including Amresh, Puspa, Tittus and Joey were amazing. Thank you everyone for the wonderful time.
One thing which hotel need to pay attention are the carpets in the rooms which might need deep cleaning or replacement.

第三次來艾美
酒店泳池還是不錯，小童俱樂部適合低齡寶寶
酒店比較老
房間設施老舊，電視很不給力
不是逢年過節的價格來還比較合適
過節時候溢價嚴重
海水質量差了好多好多
下午全部是綠色的海藻水
近年是沒有再去的慾望了。。。。

衞生：衞生條件OK。衞生間乾濕分離。雙床房的床略小（相比別的酒店）
服務：熱情周到
環境：幽靜，樓下的景觀佈局很好，泳池超大，還有沙灘排球等室外項目（很豐富）
設施：項目很多但是晚上7點室內項目全部關閉（桑拿、spa、乒乓球、電影院、壁球等），我們大概下午5點check in，然後收拾之後啥也趕不上了…作為一個一晚1.8k的酒店我不能理解…
