The trip was lovely, cleanliness is excellent, reception staff helpful, room tidy and lovely and bed comfortable, I didn't try the food

The hotel is brand new and is in an excellent location very close to gas station, few restaurants, a supermarket and Al Ahsa Mall which is 4 minutes away. We arrived a little bit early to our check-in time but the servants at the lobby greeted us with arabic coffee and dates. Then the receptionist gave us 1 of the 2 rooms we booked and told us to wait for the second room but the manager Mr. Ahmed assisted us and understood that we were tired since we came by road so he gave us an upgrade to the second room to expedite our check-in. The restaurant was very good as it included a seafood buffet for dinner for just 99SAR and has wide variety of food such as sushi, fried and grilled fish, two types of rice, two types of soap, salad, cakes, juices, wide variety of fresh fruits as well as live cooking’s of pasta and grilled seafood of your choice. The breakfast which was included with the room and normally costs 85SAR was very similar to the dinner buffet as well. The rooms were modern and in good size with bath amenities included. Overall, great experience and highly recommend. My only concern was it did not have a basement parking therefore i had to park a little bit far away from the main entrance.
