"A propriedade é bonita!As quartos são espaçosas e elegantes.A cama e as cobertores eram muito confortáveis.A comida também era boa! Grande seleção, muitas variedades para os principais cursos e desserts. Não tive oportunidade de visitar o spa, mas o meu marido e eu certamente estarão de volta! Apenas as desilusões que posso mencionar, que não são graves, seriam a situação da toalha. Na sala eles só lhe dão 2 toalhas de banho. Não sei se é porque sou americano, estou habituado a ter 4 (2 pessoas, uma toalha para o teu corpo e uma para o teu cabelo, cada um), mas 2 toalhas parecem ser a habitual aqui na África do Norte. Além disso, as toalhas de praia eram muito finas, não grandes e fluffy toalhas absorvente que você esperava para sugar a água extra de roupas de banho molhadas e assim por diante. As toalhas fornecidas no quarto para banho regular eram mais fluffy e mais absorvente do que as toalhas de praia."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eu tive UMA Grande estadia Neste hotel.As quartos eram limpos, confortáveis e bem mantidas.O pessoal estava bem-vindo, profissional e sempre pronto para ajudar.A localização era conveniente, e a atmosfera geral fez a estadia muito agradável. Graças a Panda e Mero, eles foram incrivelmente amigáveis, respeitadores, e foram acima e para além para garantir que tudo estava perfeito.O SEU excelente serviço e atitude positiva realmente fizeram diferença. É UMA Grande razão para ficar aqui feliz."

"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade,why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"

"Não é um 5 estrelas, talvez um 3,5 estrelas e com pouca qualidade. Mesas com pratos sem que ninguém arruma, quartos degradados (num dos quartos, o ar condicionado pingava a água para o meio do chão do quarto). Há um barulho permanente (24h) dos ares condicionados que estão por cima do restaurante e que se ouve até nos quartos virados, seja de dia ou de noite não se consegue dormir. Estivemos uma semana neste hotel e a meio só queríamos vir embora. Muito calor na recepção e no restaurante e bastantes moscas. Não recomendo!"
