The staff are the best, very warm and helped me book city taxi for local aizawl travel. Also made sure my needs are met and i was comfortable. The room service was neat and clean. The only feedback would be the old walls need little painting to look more presentable. Overall moneys worth with complimentary breakfast, very near to millennium mall and easy access for travel around. I stayed 4 days, just of the comfort and support provided.

No water in the morning. I checked out after one night even though i booked for two nights. It was horrible. No refund given, that am aware that i was told it was non refundable while booking but the room was smelling with cigarette and alcohol. And the towel was dirty also the water stopped coming in the morning. Horrible experience. Never going again in that hotel.

It's was terrible stay, food was disgusting, no water, no fan, room was so small, staff were of no used. Response was not there will never go back in that hotel, worthless.

Grand Hotel is centrally located and particularly the room had a beautiful view of the valley. Staff is extremely courteous and very hard working. Hotel is well accessible from all of Aizawl. Food is good too…. Overall would rate the property to be 5 Star and same is the rating for the staff …. Will look forward to staying back again whenever Aizawl is on itinerary… Thanks once again for the outstanding hospitality.

1. Rooms : single rooms are pathetic. Rooms are over charged. Basic amenities are not available in the room. 2. Complimentary breakfast are just below par. 3. Food quality is also not to the average too.

Needs maintenance. Floors are dirty. No up to standard for the price they are charging. There are other better options in the area
