The resort is beyond beautiful. We traveled from Los Angels and booked the ultimate beachfront bungalow for our 25th anniversary. The room was perfect, the bed heavenly and the all-glass double shower head with garden view was unreal. It was stocked and cleaned daily to perfection. The resort is quiet, beautiful, the food served for breakfast and dinner was delicious. But what really makes this resort so special is the staff. Super friendly and kind. Esi, Losana and Baldwin are the real gems to this place. Honestly all the staff were super courteous and helpful, always smiling. We enjoyed our stay so much we really can't stop talking about it and telling all of our friends. Vacation of a lifetime.

My husband and I spent the last leg of our honeymoon here. We did four nights in Rarotonga and three nights here. Immediately upon arriving to Pacific Resort, we knew we should have spent more time here. It was the most beautiful resort we've ever stayed at! The rooms were beautiful and private with plenty of space between each villa. The resort location on the beach was also perfect. The service was exceptional with the friendliest staff! Breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner was all so delicious. We loved the resort so much we only left once for a blue lagoon tour. Pacific Resort was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful resort in an ideal location. Staff and service were faultless. Resort is in top condition. Our ultimate beachside bungalow was located steps from the water, it was large and beautifully furnished with all the necessary equipment including 4 showers.I recommend this resort to any couples planning a trip to a beautiful location.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Pacific Resort Aitutaki to celebrate our honeymoon. At the airport we were greeted by Trevor and completed our checkin process at the airport which allowed us to enjoy the property once we arrived. Once we arrived at the Resort we found out that they name their drink special of the day after an arriving guest. Sure enough they randomly picked us! That was such a fun experience upon arriving to the Resort. We had lunch at the pool bar while waiting for our room to be ready and got to know the staff (Joeli & Voila) ! The service was outstanding! All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We had so much fun with Joeli planting coral in the lagoon! Such an amazing program and we are so grateful to have been a part of it. Every single employee made us feel so special! The food was outstanding!!! The club sandwich was 10/10 and we had it for lunch every day of our stay. We were so excited to have dinner and see what the special was. We definitely tried everything! We can’t wait to come back next year and see the staff and check out the coral growth! Thank you Pacific Resort for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

From the moment we landed, we knew this was going to be something special. We were greeted like old friends returning home, although this was our first time in this piece of paradise. Our bags were in our room before we got there and no-one waiting with a tip. In fact, it's not expected. Our room was spacious, in fact, it was the size of an apartment, with 10ish steps to the beach with our private deck chairs awaiting. Dinner was pre-booked for us and did not disappear. Their gnocchi, was as good as any we experienced in Italy. The following night we wanted to head out and experience a local restaurant, which they were only too willing to recommend.... and arrange the transport both ways. Everything was first rate, from the comfort of the bed, the luxury of the bathroom and most of all the attentive staff. We have (had) a self imposed rule of never going back to the same place twice. We're reconsidering this now.

We decided at the last minute to book a relaxing trip to Aitutaki. Pacific Resort was the obvious choice to stay. We enjoyed the friendly staff, rooms were large and in good condition with excellent access to the beach. If you get a chance make sure you book a wonderful massage in the Tiare Spa too. Food was excellent too.

A boutique resort looking west over the Lagoon. Rooms are lovely, and the gardens are stunning. The property is kept neat and tidy and clean. The pool area is a great area to hang out and relax. The staff are delightful, warm, friendly, and helpful. Joely, in particular, is passionate about the reef and its protection and restoration.

The best resort I have ever stayed in. The villas were wonderful. They were beach front with easy access to the lagoon. The villas were serviced by friendly and attentive staff. They had everything we needed. A great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Location, food, service was 5 star all the way. Awesome holiday destination. Nothing was too much trouble for the dedicated staff and all inclusive meals were as good as any top restaurant in Australia. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a 5 star experience for a very reasonable price.
