Tudo lindo!! Bom gosto nos detalhes, cada canto tem um charme próprio, cada quarto é um encanto. A família proprietária é muito gentil e educada. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!! A cama é deliciosa e os móveis te fazem sentir de fato num mini palácio. Destaque para os lustres de cristal que me encantaram! Tem estacionamento fácil por perto e a localização é incrível. Uma pequena ressalva ao barulho que vem da rua, talvez as janelas pudessem proporcionar mais conforto acústico pois foi difícil dormir com os bares por perto e acordei cedo com o barulho do caminhão da limpeza da rua. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito.

The hotel is an old charming building high in the bill. The rooms are nice but small and some nicer than others. Breakfast was very nice. So that’s the good part. The challenges: 1. No one speaks English well so hard to get help when needed 2. Maybe there was free parking nearby once but it’s closed and now you need to find parking on your own and it is very hard 3. Driving to the hotel took us through the ZTL and unlike other hotels that handle this for you this hotel does not so looks like we will end up with a fine. On balance I would go elsewhere due to the challenges.

We arrived at a very authentic, clean and beautiful B&B with friendly staff and the best italian breakfast. Fresh juice, good espresso and an even better pistachio cake ;) We would recommend this to anyone.

In a fairly busy piazza, this old hotel is nestled in the heart of the city, near restaurants and a short drive to the Valley of the Temples. For the money, this is a superior deal. Very good service, clean room with a terrace, and super breakfast all for €68 ! If you don’t need fancy but like tasteful understated charm, this is a very good place to stay. Parking can be a challenge but we parked on the street overnight and didn’t get ticketed. Check out was a breeze and they helped with luggage. A nice little living room fit drinks - honor system. We would stay again.

The room was excellent.
The property was very central, but parking was an issue. If you do not have a car the hotel is superb!

We were wellcomed by friendly straff with cool drinks and cakes. The room was in perfect condition and the breakfast great.
You couldn’t possibly ask for more!
When we booked the hotel was rated 10.0 and we do understand why.
We really recommed Palazzo del Teatro 😀!

We were not told that there were only certain hours for check in. We were waiting an hour trying to get someone to let us in. We finally went to a bakery nearby who knew the owner and called to get someone to help us. There is only one sign on the side of a wall showing where this hotel is and we drove some very winding streets trying to locate. The breakfast was good which is the reason for the 3 stars but our room was right by a tavern and was noisy until all hours. Don't take room 2.
