We went as couple for a night stay. We asked for Taj view room. Extremely satisfied with the quality of service overall. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. Agra is obviously crowded with visitors and our time of visit was busier. The elevators were backed up with a long line so we were gearing up to use the stairs and one of the staff let us use the service elevators to our fifth floor room. Service staff at the checkers ***oj and team treated us like family and very friendly. They knew what we would be interested and brought food to our table although it was a self serve buffet.

The environment was very good the staff was very friendly we were assisted by mr ***oj , mr a.n. Mishra , ms divya having the best experience and the food was also of great quality also it tasted very good everything was just top notch . Had a great experience.

The banquet was a very good expierce the food was fresh and very tasty and all the staff including Mr ***oj ,mr A.N Mishra,ms Divya etc very nice to us they had a very welcoming behaviour and also were very friendly and Mr ***oj also is very friendly and good behaviour.

We stay at Clarks, a very good, well-appointed motel. The staff are fantastic. Our waiter Jalal Khan was very friendly and helpful. Divya was also extremely helpful. And floor supervisor and baggage staff did an excellent job. A very motel

A well maintained 5 star hotel very close to the entrance to the Taj Mahal. Our room was clean and had good facilities. The stand out point is the attentiveness and friendliness of the restaurant employees, Arbaz and Amit were great! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in because of the service I have received.

Everything was really good, there was a lot to choose from the buffet. The service from Arbaz has been quick and friendly. Thank you:) Our Trip to India was really impressive and we went to the hotel for the last night and it was a highlight of our Vacation. Went to the near Taj Majal from the Hotel. Thank you very much!

Breakfast is awesome and Divya, Mr tek Ram and Ram is so helpful they are very friendly and caring sceinec view of Tajmahal is also beautiful swimming pool is clean and my children enjoyed a lot in the hotel premises. Stay was pleasant and enjoyable

Great service and very luxurious stay at one of the best properties of Agra... Excellent customer dealing by Mr. Amit, Mr. Arbaz and Mr. Ram... The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very polite. Would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Clark Shiraz is very good. Very nice food. Service was awesome. Also kachori was very good. Special thanks . Mr ram and chef Ashok and Mr. Amit, Mr arbaz they did excellent job. Room are very nice.... Restaurant mughal room was very nice Thanks for service and producton team
