We went as couple for a night stay. We asked for Taj view room. Extremely satisfied with the quality of service overall. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. Agra is obviously crowded with visitors and our time of visit was busier. The elevators were backed up with a long line so we were gearing up to use the stairs and one of the staff let us use the service elevators to our fifth floor room. Service staff at the checkers ***oj and team treated us like family and very friendly. They knew what we would be interested and brought food to our table although it was a self serve buffet.

I stayed with my family members in Clark Shiraj Agra. Rooms was clean and got the good services from house keeping. My experience was excellent and appreciate for the services and specially to ***oj Kumar ji (In-Checkers buffets). I highly recommend.

Best food in India. Lovely rooms, great service and very polite staff. Highly recommended. In the dinner time, Checkers Buffet ***oj and his staff couldn't be more helpful.

We stayed here as part of a tour. Reception is large and colourful very beautiful. The room had a large window facing the pool and lovely gardens. Large very comfortable twin beds. Lots of amenities. Large airy room fantastic The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficent, it was very enjoyable. We a drink in the view on level 5 which was very calm and relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast was probably the best we have had since we have been in India fabulous. Are special thanks go to Arnaz thank you 😊

I had a ver good overall experience, the views are beautiful and the restaurant food is tasty. The service at the restaurant was very good and the people here are friendly, especially a lady named Divya and the gentle*** named ***oj :) . I would recom***d visiting Hotel Clarks Shiraz and enjoy your time here like I did.

we had wonderful stay at hotel clarks shiraz. Right from the beginning the reception welcomed us and check in process was smooth and quick. Rooms were neat clean. we had our dinner and the food was good. next day breakfast layout was vast. lastly I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay comfortable.

Went for an Aryuvedic massage with Shivam at the Clarks Shiraz spa. Came out feeling totally rejuvenated. He is clearly an expert at what he does and a true professional. Great way to relax after busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended whenever you are in Agra.

We had dinner during our stay and the experience has been amazing. The quality of the food is very good, choose of food as well. The buffet solution allowed us to taste different type of food. We have to thank you Mr Arbaz who teaches us how to prepare a chaat. He did it for us and it was delicious. He gave us the best assistance and support. Excellent experience!

Had a great experience în Clarks Shiraz Agra Hotel, regarding the hospitality, room class, clening and all the rest. It' s imposibile not to mention the quality of meals, their variety and the aspect of restaurant. The personnel from the restaurant, regarding the breakfast and the dinner, are perfect under the authority of ***oj, the capitan of this field. The massage lady, Sonia, was a delight with magical hands! We strongly recommend this location.
