We just returned from this exquisite property. The grounds and rooms are meticulous, with careful attention to every detail. The Pool is absolutely beautiful ...and those day beds! The rooms are elegant and exquisite! The roof top is beautiful, with another plunge pool, loungers, a bar and you can even have dinner on the roof! As if the hotel, wasn't enough, the location is excellent! An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. While, the hotel is pure perfection, the true stand out is the staff! Starting with Giannis at Reception, to Sophia at the pool and the lovely Anna and Andreas that made my husband's Birthday Dinner special! Then there is the personal welcome from the Owner Maria and her Manager. Such personal touches with true Greek hospitality! We LOVE this hotel, and the people and the place will stay in our hearts! Thank you to Maria and your staff for an amazing stay! Efaristo!

We had a good pre-season stay at 18 grapes Hotel. We had the best care and cocktails of Anna (x2) and Andreas (x2). Breakfast was really good and rooms were clean and nice! Also the whole staff made you feel welcome and at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, great service, and fantastic location! Just a 5 minute walk down to one of the top 10 best beaches in europe! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially my sister as we were visiting to celebrate her birthday! Can't wait to visit again!

This little boutique hotel is wonderful! Our room was beautiful with a hot tub on the terrace, immaculate furnishings and decor, and a stunning shower. We felt our room would be best suited for couples due to the layout of the bathroom area (only the toilet area is enclosed, the shower opens to a sink that is out in the middle of the room). The beds were comfortable and the room had absolutely everything you’d need. It was also very quiet and a private oasis. The daily included breakfast was wonderful. You order from a menu and everything is homemade. We looked forward to it every day. We also enjoyed exceptional service at the bar and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the rooftop pool. We spent a good amount of time at the main pool and really enjoyed it! I can’t get in most pools in Greece because they’re freezing but I was able to withstand this one. It was very refreshing and the poolside drink service was so convenient! Parking was very easy with a large lot adjacent to the property. We felt that renting a car is a must on Naxos to get to the main town and to enjoy mountain villages, but one of the best beaches is within walking distance of the property, along with several places to eat and shop including super markets etc. I think there may be a bus near the property but we didn’t look into that. The only thing I would skip next time is the spa. This isn’t necessarily a knock on 18 Grapes but coming from America, spas at nicer resorts are just very different. For example instead of a spa table that’s like a bed, this was more like a medical exam table etc. It’s just not the same atmosphere that I prefer. However it’s great that they have one on site! Wonderful stay and hospitality from the owner and staff. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience staying at the 18 grapes Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The service was great.

We loved our time at 18 Grapes! The staff are warm and treated us like family. We had multiple meals and drinks which were all excellent. Our room was spacious and included a backyard. It was a stunning view! We spent an evening with Maria and Dimitri enjoying a farm to table dinner. We got to harvest vegetables for the meal. We sat down to a beautiful table that was filled with multiple dinner courses prepared by Dimitri. We enjoyed tasting delicious varieties of wine he produces along with liquors unique to the area. We felt like we truly experienced Naxos during our stay. I highly recommend 18 Grapes!

Great hotel with superb service. Perfect location about a quarter mile from the beach. Therefore it’s close to the town amenities but still quiet. The staff was wonderful. They were exhausted at the end of the season, but went all out to make us comfortable. Very nice restaurant with an al la carte menu, fresh fruit and great hot dishes for breakfast. Beautiful views from the roof top bar. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and we highly recommend it.
