Fantastic Spa experience with Katerina: I have had many spa experiences previously but this must rate as one of the best : I have had extensive breast cancer treatment and this was my first experience since it was safe to do so :she was knowledgable and extremely sensitive to my requirements . Very soul healing place. Friendly employees. They have nice services and beautiful room facilities. Its a place to relax. Location is not far from town, 5 min for driving. It‘s adult only, very quite zone and good for reading.They also have exclusive massage service. Katarina is very professional massager, she offered nice candle massage therapy for us.

Very nice new hotel, we had a room with jacuzzi and a very beautiful view on Kalydon island. The service and staff of the hotel are very welcoming and nice. I'd like to recommend therapist Katerina for the face treatment at the hotel spa - very professional and relaxing treatment. The restaurant of the hotel is also very nice, the menu is different every evening and the food is fresh and tasty.

Lovely staff and best massage performed by Katerina and Crisa. This hotel is more than good. The staff is very helpful and also willing to answer all questions and guide you through the island to give you a great experience. I also got a massage performed by Katerina. This beautiful soul gives the most relaxing massage ever! I was welcomed by Crisa. And she is also a beautiful soul, that is so open, relaxed and keen on giving you the best experience. Review for spa only - I had a wonderful candle oil massage by Katerina. The “detoxifying” scent was lovely and I felt incredibly relaxed and all my aches from the walk to Plaka/round Spinalonga had been soothed after 80 minutes. Highly recommended if you’re staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for a week in September and couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and had stunning views over the bay to Spinalonga. The hotel grounds and pools were all looked after very well and the food at breakfast and evening meals was good quality and value for money. There was also a good range of waterfront restaurants in Plaka and Elounda for variety. Having a car was a bonus to visit historic sites.

They staff, from receptionist to handyman were very helpful and friendly. The view from our “Superior suite” was great. The air conditioner in our room worked well. HOWEVER The hotel is very dated and over priced. We paid €185 for a superior suite with sea view . Where the “Superior” comes from is anyones guess. The bed and furniture are old, the bathroom is small with very dated decor and the bathroom sink doesn’t even have a plug. The towels are only changed once every two days the. The maid spent no more the 5-10 minutes in the room. She straightened the bed and empty the bins and that was it.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, nice pool to chill, located close to Plaka and Elounda , the staff are very nice , don't think twice before you book if you are looking for a relaxed vacation. There many nice restaurants around the hotel. You also have a natural private beach which you can enjoy.
