The entire hotel is perfect! the warm sea water, the restaurants, the activities. Today, we were at the spa and we really enjoyed both the friendliness of the girl at the reception and the excellent therapists. Thank you very much! We highly recommend it!

Relaxed luxury, absolutely fantastic food, superb staff and outstanding accommodation just a few feet from the water’s edge. Minos is beautifully designed…no high rise blocks, no noisy reception / foyer. Aesthetically pleasing minimalist structures, and contemporary furniture sit amongst mature and varied gardens around the bay. The local music provided by the hotel near the bar, restaurant was wonderful too. Special thanks to the chefs who produce first class food from local ingredients day in day out. 10/10

Visited at the end of May 2024. Wonderful experience with great rooms, good food; both at the buffet and the variety of restaurants, friendly staff at the reception, the bars, restaurants, and cleaning staff, basically all over. Also booked a couple of treatments at the spa to fix my back, which was stuck for some time. Thanks to Despina for the back & neck massages, they were great!

Minos beach art hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a relaxing family vacation with some adventure and a lot of lounging in the sun. We found that at Minos beach hotel. The property is absolutely stunning with amazing gardens and art all over. Rooms are beautiful- so clean and comfortable beds! Definitely recommend a water view with a private pool. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of Cretan dishes. The service was impeccable. Maria helped us with dining reservations as well as suggesting and arranging excursions. We loved ending the night with dinners on the property and getting to know Simos and his staff. We are already dreaming of our return trip.

Vasiliki and the team and Minos beach were exceptional hosts, the hotel grounds, rooms and food were stunning. My main recommendation to those staying here would be to eat at the maze restaurant, we only ate there on the last night and regretted not having tried it sooner. It was a perfect stay - thanks so much.

The hotel facilities was well design! The place is perfect for vacation and the craw was very helpful for each request we had. The rooms were perfect! The beds were perfect and the view was one of the best. We stayed at the water front bungalow and it was amazing!!! We will definitely come back!!!

The Minos has certainly lived up to its five star rating. The room Accommodations were first class, from the pillows , to the typical amenities. The grounds were clean, well maintained by staff members that were very polite and responsive to our needs as an American traveler. No matter what was asked of them , I never heard the word no. While the cost is consistent with the type of hotel and location it is worth the money spent.

We had an incredible time at Minos - beginning with a beautiful Mercedes picking us up from the airport and welcome drinks during check-in. The grounds were stunning - perfectly spread out so guests had plenty of room to have their own space at the pool or by the water. Breakfast was incredible - massive spread with made-to-order options. We chose a nature view which was beautiful and central to everything. The Greek Salad was the best one I had during my travels in Greece. The drinks were fairly priced and the table-side service was quick and easy. Overall, a favorite in Greece and a must-visit.

Amalia has magical hands. I did a the massage and facial massage package and it was beyond magical. The products all include ingredients from Crete which feel great on the skin and smell so good. The staff was professional, and makes you feel so cared for. I would highly recommend you add this experience into your Crete vacation.
