Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and service. The room and grounds were so well kept and spotlessly clean. The pool area is immaculate and there was always plenty of sun beds (in August!). Breakfast had everything you could think of and the bar does really tasty lunches. We had a brilliant week here. Only issue that arose was half a dozen ants in the bathroom which were reported to reception and they were sorted all on same day. Can’t complain about that service! We couldn’t fault the place or the staff! Location was excellent, beach was lovely. Some great local restaurants. This is somewhere we wouldn’t hesitate to return to and recommend to others. We had a bed & breakfast package with Jet2Go. We felt that Jet2’s star rating was low given the experience we had and the quality of the facilities on offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent family holiday in a ideal location. Breakfast was great and choices were plentiful although could imagine a little repetitive after 2 weeks. The staff were fabulous and always happy and polite . Rooms of a good size and always kept clean . Eleni on reception is always happy to help and Anna at breakfast was fabulous. My only critic and the reason 4 star not 5 was the sunbed situation if you weren't round the pool by 10am the chances of getting a sunbed were slim . We will return for sure though !

We stayed here from 29th September for 2 weeks. I emailed the hotel 2 weeks prior to ask for a room with a nice view as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was lovely,we had a great view and everything was kept clean and tidy during our stay. Our board basis was breakfast only and there was always plenty of options.everything was kept clean and the food always being checked and was well stocked. We didn't struggle to get a lounger around the pool at all. Lovely big pool which was very 'refreshing' 🥶😂 The pool bar staff were so friendly and chatty.the 2 that stood out to us were Kelly and nikoletta (apologies if spelt wrong). Always received excellent service from these 2 ladies. The hotel is kept really clean and tidy and it's in a great location. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars in the area. It's rare we go to the same place twice but we would definitely book this hotel again without a doubt!

This place is amazing. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful in the reception. The hotel has an amazing pool however only one area would have the sunshine. I would like to thank the vegan fresh food made for me daily and the quality and taste of the dishes had me going up for 2 plates. I would also like to thank Anna eho always had a lovely happy friendly Outlook who always so accomodating to give me some soya milk for porridge oats. The rooms could do with some hooks as not enough areas when 3 in a room. The cleaners did a grand job of keeping the hotel room clean and tidy.

This hotel is absolutely superb ... I contacted them to try and get a nice room and ended up with a gorgeous room with a great pool view ... sun all day. The cleaners are all friendly as well as the breakfast team which was superb. The girls in the bar are so friendly and efficient ... wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone .... top class

We have had a great holiday together. Hotel was in a great location and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nikoletta was a great waitress,Anna kept the breakfast session topped up and Mama chef was the best with our Greek dishes.

I contacted Atrion a few days before we were due to fly asking if it would be possible to have an upper floor room. The reply was we will try. So we arrived on the 6th and were given room 809 on the upper floor over looking the pool. The room has great views over the pool, it has air con too, which was great on an evening. The room was cleaned every day, absolutely spotless! We stayed B&B at the Atrion and breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice, and we can recommend booking breakfast at Atrion. All the hotel staff made are stay so memorable. We have already said that when we come back to the Chania area, we will be staying at the Atrion Hotel again. We can completely recommend this hotel - a fantastic experience!!!!

We have just come back home after having a fantastic holiday at this lovely hotel for 12 night's. Although it’s for families with children it’s also great for couples too, especially late September We had a pool view room which was the icing on the cake for us, it was spotless and cleaned every day, staff very pleasant and friendly Everywhere throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean also Breakfast had a great choice of food and was topped up regularly, I especially loved the rice pudding, staff were lovely and friendly, missing Anna especially she was such a lovely lady The beach is just a short walk from hotel and was also very clean, we walked through Nireas beach bar where staff there were also very friendly, they also do nice food too We went walking through some of the different towns and personally I think that Agia Marina is the best one, would highly recommend this hotel in a great location for everything, we will definitely be going back

We arrived in the early hours, after a delayed flight. We were met by a young man who checked us in and escorted us to our room. Room was fine, comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast choices were extensive and plentiful. Anna was always smiling and helpful. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds, pool bar was usually run by Manolis and Nicoletta through the day and Kelly in the evenings. Rooms were cleaned daily by Linda (a lovely lady who was always smiling) The staff were exceptional in every respect, from reception to maintenance. On our last day we were not due to be picked up until late evening, the hotel sorted us another room to stay in until our pick up time which there was a charge, however we were grateful.
