Fantastic family hotel closely situated to beach and many good restaurants. Had mentioned we were celebrating anniversary (months ago when enquiring about swim up rooms), and while none were available, hotel obv made note and left us a bottle of fizz and a cake etc on arrival. Lovely touch and great welcome. Staff were all great and made fuss of our 5yr old son. Lovely family atmosphere. Breakfast great, snack bar food also excellent (we were only b&b)…Recommend nearby restaurant Nymfi 5 mins walk. Lovely setting/great food and excellent playground. Cugina pizza also excellent. Beach rocky in places as you enter sea but generally great for kids. Waves change from gentle to extremely rough on overcast days. Will be back…. Only one picky suggestion - cleaners serviced room daily to excellent standard but it would have been really useful to have dustpan etc in the room to clean up sand etc. other than that, lovely rooms in superior block .

Very nice Hotel Apartments And very nice staff. Very Clean. Outside facilities cleaned every day (Pool etc.) rooms are with modern interior and very Clean. Would Go Back there any time. We booked all inclusive. Food was plenty, drink selection OK.

We had the best time couldn't fault a thing,the apartment was lovely,the view over the pool was so pretty.All the staff worked really hard, cleanliness was first class and they were all really friendly.We only had breakfast the choice was amazing.I would 100% recommend Stefan Village,we will be returning.

Went with husband and two kids (7 and 9), and my parents and sister lived in another apartment (with private pool). We had a great stay, it was clean, and the staff were friendly and walked the extra mile. Our son turned 9 when we were there and they placed a cake and a card in the room and decorated his bed and the wall. So appriciated!! Both by our son and us! Nice pool area, nice pool bar. Tried the breakfast once and it was really nice! Close to the beach and several restaurants. Overall a really nice place to spend your vacation.

A great place to spend your holidays with familly. Beautiful garden, pools and slides for children, tasty food and clen rooms. Staff very kind. The restaurant serves variety typys of cuisine. There are also special atractions on particular days like a water aerobic or circus show.

Excellent place to stay with the family. We spent two weeks including the all inclusive package. The room was nice and clean. For families with kids we recommend the apartments with ground terrace overlooking the pool. The buffet was good, even though we could have liked more variation. The magic show was great. Highly recommended

Fantastic service, Lovely and helpful people. Very good food. Very clean rooms. A great place to relax. Very recommendable. An ideal place to spend time with children, being at the same time an excellent base for visiting the most interesting places in western Crete.

Great family friendly hotel with nice pool area, water slides and playground. Friendly staff and good food. We liked everything about the hotel exept our room. The room (nr27) was in a corner under a metal staircase. There was no balcony, but we had 4 chairs outside our door, looking strait at the people walking up and down the staircase (and them looking at us)We woke up several times during the night from the noise of people walking in this staircase. If it was not for the location of the room i would have given our stay the best score.

Came for a week on all inclusive. Loved the place with its village design and atmosphere. We had our own pool, which was nice for relaxing, but whenever we went to the bigger pools we found sunbeds. The food was great and varied enough for a week, and children loved the little snacks and ice cream that was included. The sea was just a couple of minutes walk away, we went snorkeling and to watch the sunset. Local buses to Chania are practical, but taxis weren’t exepensive either. All you need for a holiday, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
