I came to Ginger Hotel yesterday. Despite all the rooms in the hotel being sold, the staff at the reception Priytam Bhattacharya on my special request spoke to the housekeeping staff and arranged me a suitable room. I am extremely happy to receive such trea**ent from Ginger Hotel Staff Priyatam Bhattacharya He told me he was an apprentice. Even if I wanted to pay some money, he did not accept it. I am very happy to see his devotion to his work Drawing the attention of Ginger Hotel authorities After seeing his behavior like this, I found a reason to come to the hotel despite the renovation work, I always expect this kind of experience Thank you hotel ***agement, thank you Priyatam Bhattacharya

Great location , beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Food was good and great value for money and service wae attentive. Sathyajit Mitra is a good boy,most friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay.

This hotel restaurant is really good. You can find tasty, and hot food anytime. The restaurant staff is very helpful, especially staff member named Satyajit Mitra actively assisted us a lot. Also, the hotel provides a travel desk facility which will help you in renting a cab at the most economical price. Thankyou all ginger staf 👍❤️🩹

Do not visit this hotel if you want to be comfortable. Totally incompetent staff and lack of basic facilities. Even after paying the best they offer is just excuses for lack of services. Never book this hotel. Infact a smaller lodge would be better compared to this place. It's just glitter outside and has no value.

The stay was comfortable. The food was hygienic and tasty. Moreover The staff was quite humble and well behaved to name a few Satyajit Mitra. He is a gem of a person and understands the hospitality very well. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for five days and the venue for breakfast was different everyday. The reception and service staff was also quite responsive and excellent.
